Dear V Hotel Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an incident that occurred at V Hotel today. While parking my car, it collided with some furniture in the parking area. Throughout this incident, the watchman was observing from a distance and did not offer any assistance or guidance. When I approached him for help, he rudely responded, “Can’t you look into the camera?” His behavior was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.
