We spent one week at the hotel and all I can say to you is that it was perfect.We were a couple with one kid .The breakfast is delicious and the food at the restaurant is good and not that expensive compared to other places .we will for sure rebook it if we will find ourselves here in Alba county again

Beautiful, clean, calm hotel in very nice and green zone, friendly staff, spacious room with a balcony with a beautiful relaxing view, with T.V & mini-bar, AC was working well. King size and comfy bed. Breakfast is OK and lots of parking space are available. Recommended

Nice, quiet place, if you are looking to get away from city noise ( as long as there is no wedding/ party happening in the events hall). Rooms are nice, although a bit more attention needs to be paid when it comes to cleaning, the surroundings are lovely and while there is definitely room for improvement with the hotel itself, the people here are some of the nicest, most accomodating you will meet in the Romanian hospitality industry. Oh and also right next door to some 14th century ruins, for the exploring tourist. :)

Poor customer service. When we arrived at the hotel, the bathroom was very dirty, we found hair on the floor and the spaces between the tiles were yellow, that means that cleaning is poor, it was a lot of dirt. We found bugs in the bathroom and when we’ve told the receptionist about it, apparently they were aware of the situation but they didn’t take any action. The bugs were that type of bugs that you find in old and dirty places. The food was awful, no taste and the desert was not home made, it was a apple pie bought from Fornetti, that we paid 16 Ron for, this not being food for a 4* hotel. Even though I’ve shared my feedback with them prior to paying the accomodation, they weren’t bothered at all and didn’t try to make some damage control, they could not care less
