The room was large and nice but the tiny shower was unuseable! A hinged shower door opens in to a tiny slippery space. This likely explains the emergency pull in the shower. Even on a monday night it was so loud after midnight from guests running all over shouting it wasnt great. The front desk staff were sort of helpful but mostly seemed annoyed. They told us there were no english channels and no superbowl on tv, but we found many and the game.Location is great! Walkable to the amazing and not to be missed MANN. Sad to see so much garbage and grafiti in the area. Breakfast was very good, they do a good job there as well.

I don’t typically write reviews but I wanted to give this property 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful and clean hotel. Very friendly workers upfront. The breakfast was included That is the only thing I disliked and found it very limited. However the room was nice and spacious and I would definitely go back

Just back from a lovely stay at the Hotel Piazza Bellini and apar**ents. All staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is within easy reach of a metro line if you want to go into the centre or to the central station for trains to other parts of Italy. There are a lot of little cafe/bars around the hotel as well as restaurants nearby. Very near the old town with its narrow streets and historic sites. Also quite near the port for trips to the islands and Amalfi Coast. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Front desk staff, especially Giuseppe, bend over backwards to help you with transportation, reservations, room questions, etc. The apar**ents are a fantastic choice for families - roomy, quiet, and with a kitchen. This was our favorite hotel on our trip to Italy.

We love that they were able to arrange a taxi for us for a fixed price upon arrival at the airport. Taxi at the airport is probably €6-10 more. It’s close to everywhere we wanted to go to at the city center and is a relatively short walk to the Metro to get to to Toledo station. Breakfast was enjoyable with options for coffee, which is a plus. The lovely staff at the front desk gave us awesome recommendations for restaurants within the area. Thank you so much!

Not only is elegant, attentive staff, extraordinary breakfast buffet,I got a free upgrade to a suit with a giant bathtub, and upstairs bedroom and a balcony....I for sure give not five stars but 10

This hotel is great. This was the 2nd time we stayed there and were warmly welcomed back by the friendly front desk staff. We had occasion to interact with Giuseppe, Marysol and Erika and they were all very very good! The location is great- lots of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is awesome. All in all an excellent hotel.

The location was excellent. The buffet breakfast was delicious. It was always quickly replenished and offered a great selection. We stayed in March 2023 and wished we visited later in the year. The courtyard was an oasis and we would have taken full advantage in warmer weather.

This is a great hotel! A really good location, friendly staff that are super helpful, the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, tons of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and pizzerias very close. Good safe area. A few blocks from the Archaeology Museum. We will stay here again the next time we are in Naples.
