Mi estadía en Occidental Vigo superó mis expectativas. Les felicito por sus instalaciones, por todo su personal sobretodo en Recepción.

Check-in com problemas da reserva Check-in demorado Elevadores demorados para tantos pisos Garagem super apertada 25min para conseguir descer até à garagem porque tb não tem escadas de acesso aos pisos inferiores. Demorado pequeno almoço. Sem condições para abraçar tantos quartos

Nos alojamos en una habitación con vista al mar, habitación, hotel limpio y silencioso. Muy céntrico y buena ubicación para ir en autobuses, Renfe etc.

The Occidental Vigo is a beautiful hotel with lovely views of the water and city. It is conveniently located near a large mall and one of Vigo’s two train stations. Staff is friendly and helpful.

clean and simple accommodation. Unfortunately it wasn't soundproofed, so you could hear the neighbor and every time he left the room, our door rattled. You could also hear the cleaning of the neighboring room at 8:30am with a vacuum cleaner and the broom hitting the walls, thanks for waking us up. We were in room 810.

Great customer service and convenient for the airport, restaurants and shopping facilities. The hotel provided excellent restaurant recommendations.
