Definitely this is the worst service experience I have ever seen. We did the booking by mistake in this place and called 30min later to cancel it. They denied it and told us it is nonrefundable!!! with 30min difference... Genuine mistake. But this is not the worse, the worst is the treatment of the Owner or whoever picked the phone: interrupted us saying to send an email to ***********, did not do any effort to listen neither empathize, neither apologize...He did not let me speak at all, he was totally being rude and disrespectful. He has no idea of how to treat customers!!!! Thanks to people like this Hospitality sector is in crisis!!!! This has been by far the worst customer experience I have ever seen!!!
