Halls and lobbies of the building were beat up. Outside of the front entrance was not clean, but was cleaned the day we left.

Excellent - best location you could possibly ask for. Right on top of a metro stop and right near St. Stephen's church. Room is really a small apartment (full kitchen) and we loved it. Shower had great hot water, AC was cold, and loved using it as a point of rest in between sightseeing.

The place was in a great location and the owners have really maximized the space with the layout. There weren’t any towels in the kitchen and only 1/4 of a single toilet paper roll was on hand when we arrived. For the bathrooms there were enough towels overall but only one large towel (not convenient for three people). Communication follow-through could have been better when a problem arose with the key.

I didn't get the reserved apartment. Days before arrival they sent an email with an address with different apartment. Will not stay with them again.

Elevator smelled like trash. The heating system wasn't functioning properly as I trembled in the cold at night. Bed wasn't made (No top bed sheet) when I arrived (Can see hair and other debris on bed) Pillow cases were also dirty. Paint from ceiling kept falling near the kitchen area. Chairs near kitchen area looks grossly dirty. Heating towel rack in bathroom won't heat up. Mop was left inside washing machine. 2-star accommodation in 5-star location.

The staff was super helpful before and during the stay. Great, super clean location, overall would stay again happily!

Great location, easy check in

The location on ********** and Google maps has them placed in the Vienna City Centre (Inner Stadt) where in reality we were given an apartment 2km outside the city centre. This is very deceiving of course for those who are looking to stay centrally and close to everything.

Recommended, but.... Located in Vienna's Old Town, apartment is in a neighborhood of high-rise residential buildings on Tiefer Graben. Building common areas are rather cheerless. Good staff communications. We stayed six nights in #19, a 1-bedroom apartment. Plenty of space for two travelers, stated size is 55m². Very clean and well used. Bed and pillows were very comfy. The bathroom was right size with tub/shower. The glass shower screen encloses about one-half of the tub. However, the sliding glass door was stuck and would not close. The sink is a trough style and, while very large, it reduces the counter space and the faucet is difficult to operate. The commode is in a separate water closet which also has a shower. The shower door was difficult to open/close so we didn't use it. Dining area has a table with 4 chairs and living room has a sofa. Wi-Fi signal was good. Enough power outlets to charge devices. Kitchen is cozy and located behind a closet-like door with a half-step up to enter. It has a mini-fridge, electric water kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven/cooktop. Plenty of utensils and enough pots and pans for basic meal prep. Clothes washer, SDB. Building entry instructions and lockbox code for apartment key emailed several days before check-in. Payment terms: Paid 30% when booking with balance charged five days prior to check-in. And on check-in day a 150 euro hold put on CC.

The location of the Apartment is very good. There is only one double bed and one sofa bed. The bath room was not very clean. All in all a nice stay but condition of the apartment should be improved.

Just right for our needs. Kitchen basic but just what we needed. Location great for Ubahn, tram, and many major sites. Staff quickly responsive to our AC problem when we arrived.

Location is amazing and service was exceptional

Amazing property! Literally the best location in Vienna. You have to stay here! Definitely will be returning next year!

Unfortunately, there was an issue and we did not get to stay in the room we booked. This put a slight damper in the beginning of our stay because we were one bed short and made the stay a little uncomfortable. They explained the situation and compensated us for the inconvenience. The check in email with instructions didn’t make it to my inbox (not their fault) so I wasn’t aware that our apartment was not in the beautiful yellow building in the photos and we arrived at the incorrect location. However, the apartment we were provided was well maintained and had a great location! Across the street, you have a bus stop, within a few minutes walk was a grocery store and train station. You are only one stop away from Stephenplatz! We often walked/rode the train. They provide a binder with useful information. My only suggestion is to include instructions on how to use the washing machine and stove top as I needed to Google that info. It is a micro machine so you can only wash a few items at a time otherwise it shakes really bad during the spin cycle. Had to purchase detergent/softener but left it there for the next person. The Nespresso machine was nice and easy to use. Two small closets with a good amount of storage space/hangers. It does have a courtyard view but really what you see is a wall.
