Elaya Hotel Vienna City West

Out of city center, but conveniently near the metro station, breakfasts are OK, underground parking available, although it’s pretty tight and limited space down there. Parking is pricy at €19 per day, but it’s cheaper than hotel parking a in the city center.

Good location, great service, tasty breakfasts. Unlimited good coffee (or tea) 24/7. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Reception staff were very helpful and patient with any and all questions I had. Daily housekeeping was reliable. The free coffee machine was a welcome respite as well as the tea packets. Location is convenient to a subway stop and area is very safe.

It is a well located Hotel. Free coffee or tea the whole time in the lobby. Perfect hotel for a weekend stay in Vienna. Rather basic but fine and clean. AC in every room. Didn’t take breakfast in the hotel as I preferred rather enjoying the a**osphere of the fine Jelinek café.

The hotel was amazing!!! The room was fantastic!! The crew were helping and understanding!! We enjoyed out stay and definitely going to be staying there again! And also… the location and phenomenal!! Its really Close to the shoping center!

A relação qualidade/preço é bastante satisfatória. O principal motivo de descontentamento prende-se com o check-in. Informei antecipadamente que seria um late arrival, chegando por volta da meia noite, e não obtive qualquer informação adicional. Quando cheguei, o hotel estava fechado. Foi outro hóspede que me deixou entrar. A receção estava fechada desde as 22h. Havia dois números de contacto, para os quais liguei, e ninguém atendeu. Só posteriormente é que verifiquei no email - tinha sido enviado um email enquanto eu estava no avião, dizendo que a receção fechava às 22h e dando instruções de como entrar e de como levantar o cartão para acesso ao quarto. Não percebo porque não deram esta informação antecipadamente se sabiam que seria um late arrival. Além disso, o cofre do quarto não estava a funcionar, e apesar de ter feito várias reclamações ao longo da estadia de 7 dias, o problema não foi resolvido. Nos restantes aspetos a estadia foi agradável.

I booked for three nights but my first 2 nights were locked outside after 10pm because of late checkin and then the pink card didn’t work to enter the gatedoor and l need to contact the service using international phone calls. Be sure to contact well once for late checkin and make sure the pink card working and in case for phone calls to local number rather than social media messenger since The hotel didn’t have anyone at the front desk after 10pm. Still nice located in a quiet safe neighborhood close to shopping street and the buffet service were sweet and neat. All the rooms have another side of escaping stairs which were cool like the balcony but could be disturbed by morning conversation guests if opening windows.
