호텔 오랑제리 비엔나(Hotel Orangerie)

clean hotel. very accessible to public transport. lagenfeldgasse U4 and U6 Niederhoffestrasse staff are ok with good service. It was very close to some landmarks including Belverdere Palace and Schonbrunn. There are nearby markets, supermarkets and restaurants of many different cuisines.

場所は便利なところで良かったのですが、ホテルの対応は良いと言えるものではなく、融通がきかなかったり快適に過ごせるような状況ではありませんでした。

Would not recommend this hotel. It is not what you see online from the pictures. We arrived for our 5 day trip and the next day at breakfast we noticed ALOT of recycled food that clearly wasn't used the previous day. The only fruits available was 5 slices of orange. There was no apples, no pears, no other option. As on the pictures online it shows waffles and nice fancy food...nope no toast no waffles but bread rolls. As a vegetarian I complained to the owner Romie and asked if he could accommodate me as there was bacon and sausage no vegetarian options he got very defensive when I said he's food option was a 2 star. He then shouted at me and told me to follow him so he can show me my options. This was all infront of my little girl. Then I said no need to shout or be rude and other customers was looking. I said im entitled to my opinion, but your breakfast is not what it says online. I asked if he could accommodate me as I've stayed places and they are happy to add more vegetarian options, he replied no im not accommodating you. So for 5 days heavily pregnant I ate bread and tea. Then our room we found so much dust under the bed someone's empty drink bottle, spider Web and splash marks on the walls. The mattress was also stained. I would no recommend this hotel its not a 4 star its more like a 2 star.

The hotel is in a quiet street in the 12th district in Vienna and walking distance to both U4 (Laengenfeldgasse) and U6 (Niederhofstrasse) underground lines which is very handy. It is a no frills hotel with decent size rooms, comfy beds, and good breakfast. The reception staff were very helpful when we needed the Safe to be fixed and it got sorted the same day, thank you again! All in all this is a goid hotel to use as a base to explore Vienna.

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The front desk was a disaster – couldn't even call them for extra pillows without trudging downstairs at midnight (later I was explained that phone actually doesn’t work). The night receptionist acted like I was bothering him, and greetings were apparently too much to ask for. Housekeeping had no concept of privacy – barged into my room without knocking, leaving hairs on the towels and empty bottles on the floor. The room itself was a dust haven with corners seemingly untouched for years. They turned the hallway into a chat zone every morning, ensuring no chance of sleep. Also, I got back from daily activities and hotel housekeeping left me rubbish on the floor - water bottle was not even mine rubbish! As for the hotel room, forget about slippers and toiletries; they seemed optional. The WiFi connection was like a distant memory – poor, unreliable, and basically non-existent. Save yourself and stay far, far away from this place.

Avoid this hotel, very small and uncomfortable rooms, breakfast buffet extremely poor with cheap items, the staff is very unhelpful, and don’t answer the phone when you need, unprofessional and low management. They advertise fast internet on their website but guess what? No Internet at all, and when I reported the staff did not care. Out of 40 tv channels just 4 are working, and German only…….. What a scam, save your money don’t book this hotel.

Soggiorno di tre notti infrasettimanale per visitare la città. Ottima la posizione molto vicino a due linee della metro (6 e 4). Ottimo anche il prezzo. Personale gentile con reception sempre aperta. Ci hanno anche dato il phon perché non presente in camera. Camera pulita con pulizia ogni giorno.Unica nota negativa : l’assenza della palestra nonostante fosse inserita tra i servizi disponibili al momento della prenotazione

Ottimo per la posizione a 2 minuti dalla metro, la colazione è molto abbondante e buona. Le stanze sono pulite e il personale è molto cortese, ci hanno fatto fare il check in alle 10 di mattina nonostante sia effettuabile dalle 15. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Ευγενικό προσωπικό και κοντά σε δύο γραμμές μετρό. Εδώ σταματάνε τα θετικά. Ανεπαρκής καθαριότητα κοινόχρηστων χώρων, πρωινό που αντιστοιχεί σε ξενοδοχείο 3 αστέρων, Κουρτίνες που κρέμονται από όσα κρικάκια είχαν απομείνει και λερωμένα και σκισμένα παπλώματα στα δωμάτια (και μιλάμε για 3 διαφορετικά δωμάτια το καθένα με το δικό του πρόβλημα). Δεν υπήρχε ψυγείο και πιστολάκι μαλλιών έπρεπε να ζητηθεί από την ρεσεψιόν.
