Continental Hotel- Pension의 위치는 도시에 쉽게 접근할 수 있어 완벽합니다. 박물관 지구(Museums Quarter)는 그 자체로 쇼핑가인 Mariahilfer Strae를 따라 짧은 도보 거리에 있습니다. Nachsmarkt도 가깝습니다. 직원, 특히 매니저 Mr. Tibor Tarnai가 도움이 됩니다. 객실은 기본적이지만 깨끗하고 아침 식사가 가장 만족스럽습니다. 나는 여기에 두 번 머물렀고 특히 내 체류와 위치에 가장 만족했습니다. 주디스 칼만

First time for me in a Hostel and these guys made sure my experience was memorable. They were very welcoming and always smiling. The rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable. The lounge area had a lot of chill spots, a pool table, a fussball table. At the bar I asked the bartender to make me a cocktail that was not on the menu and he was more than happy to do so. I really appreciated that! The metro station is right downstairs, and you have 5 stations to get to the city center, which is really helpful because in the center of the city are all the tourist attractions except Schonbrun. They have breakfast every morning and you can choose to pay 7 euros to eat. Or not. Not the best breakfast I've had but it does the job. Also, another con would be that there is no other piece of furniture in the room other then the beds. I found myself needing a chair or a small table lots of times. Overall an awesome stay! Would totally recommend! I will definitely come back!

Karlsplatz까지 도보로 약 30분이 걸렸지만 어쨌든 걷는 것을 좋아해서 신경 쓰지 않았고 호텔에서 매일 중심가까지 걸어갔습니다. 걷는 것이 마음에 들지 않는다면 도시를 탐험하기에 이상적인 거점입니다. 원하는 경우 근처에 Margaretengurtel 지하철역도 있습니다. 욕실은 훌륭하고 깨끗하며 기본적이었습니다. 나는 벨룩스(비스듬한) 천장이 있는 방을 받았습니다. 솔직히 말해서, 나는 벨룩스 천장에 그렇게 열광하지 않지만 내 체류에 영향을 미치지 않았기 때문에 중요하지 않았습니다. 작은 사소한 문제가 있었는데, 켜면 입구의 전구가 이상한 윙윙 거리는 소리를 내는 것을 발견하여 리셉션에 이것에 대해 이야기했습니다. 불행히도 아무도 오지 않았습니다. 그리 큰 거래는 아니었고 나는 그것을 살았습니다. 불이 켜질 때만 소음이 윙윙 거리기 때문에 잠을 잘 때 꺼졌습니다. 그 외에도 나는 아주 좋은 숙박을했습니다. 비엔나의 주요 명소에 쉽게 접근 할 수있는 좋은 위치에있는 좋은 방.

중심지에서 조금만 떨어져 있지만, 눈앞에 있는 지하철 역에서 바로 관광 중심지로 갈 수 있습니다. 방은 넓고 도미토리이지만 별로 비좁은 것은 없습니다. 개별적으로 커튼이 입고있는 것도 매우 좋았습니다. 비누, 건조기 있음. 사용하는 사람에 의해 샤워 룸이 물에 잠길 가능성이 있습니다만 대체로 청결합니다. 룸메이트는 어디도 운이네요. 바와 작은 라운지가 있습니다. 라운지에는 주전자, 전자레인지, 식기류가 조금 있습니다. 싼 나름의 장점이었습니다. 보증금 및 서비스 요금은 3.25€, 체크아웃 시 현금으로 2€ 환불되었습니다. 인근에 슈퍼가 2건 있기 때문에 가난한 여행에는 딱 좋은 느낌이었습니다.

Stayed here for 5 days delivering a training course for an outside company. Hotel is in a great location, underground 5 min walk away, tram stops outside. 10 min walk and you are in the heart of the city. Hotel is very pleasant, nicely decked out with a great ambience. The staff are wonderful, from reception to the bar and restaurant always smiling, very attentive, friendly and professional. Some of the best Hotel staff I have ever encountered, a big plus for the hotel. Food is very good, great quality, presentation and taste. This has been best Hilton I have stayed in, and i have stayed in a few. Thank you for making my trip to Vienna even more memorable.

Overall we had a very good experience. We stayed in the family apartment. The good: 1. Very good value for money 2. Great location with easy access to public transportation 3. Good breakfast 4. Very large and spacious room. 5. Good sound isolation, our room was on a low for facing a busy street and we could hardly hear a sound from the outside. A few things that could be improved: 1. We arrived late and the sofa bed was not made, we had to ask for sheets and make it ourselves. 2. The wait time for the elevators was often too long. 3. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. 4. The quality of the pillows was low. 5. The door in the breakfast area was kept open and we could smell the cigarette smoke from outside during breakfast. 6. The room overall seems a little dated and in need of some maintenance.

Checked in late to our “Superior Room” during our visit to Vienna. The room was clean and cozy just as you would expect at a Mercure hotel. But that’s where the good things ended. The next morning at about 9.30am we heard knocking on the door and it started opening. We panicked and I quickly held it preventing it from opening any further. After a couple of mins, we opened the door ourselves to check who on earth it was. Turned out it was the cleaning lady from the housekeeping staff. She even had the gall to ask us at what time were we leaving, that too at 9.30!! We informed the lady at the reception and she was apologetic but would not take any “concrete” action. That is not all, there was no dental kit in the room. We called up the reception and the lady let us know that they were out of dental kits! How do you claim to be a 4* hotel with such a lacklustre service and poor hospitality? Either way, I know that I am not going back to this hotel and would caution others too. 4/10 for me.

Las instalaciones del hostel en general están bastante bien. Es un edificio grande, por lo que tanto habitaciones, espacio común e incluso casilleros, son amplios. La recepción trabaja las 24h y tienes una tarjeta para abrir las puertas y también tu casillero. Lo cual es cómodo. La ubicación es buena, al lado de un supermercado y al frente del mercado. Además está muy cerca la Karlskirche y del centro en general.
