I could live in this place! A beautifully restored home in a perfect (quiet) location. The check-in was a bit confusing (partially because I did not get the video he sent with great details) but we found it, with the help of a neighbor. I never met the host and the use of the apartment needs to be clarified.The pictures show a kitchen and dining area (and the description mentions dishes, etc) but we were told that the kitchen dishes and glassware are for his use (but was given permission to use a cup as none were in our room.) Unsure if guests can use the beautiful and well equipped kitchen at all. It is also unclear if the living room area is for communal use. Some clarification would be helpful as I would have loved to have felt comfortable in entire beautiful space if that was allowed!! Also, mentions breakfast in the amenities but apparently isn’t offered. There are no bedside lights or outlets and only one bedside table. The description lists a terrace /patio but did not see one. The shower was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. Parking on nearby streets was easy to find (and free!)

Fast and friendly communication. Amazing and beautiful home, impressive modern architecture inside a historic building. Spatiuous and bright. Great rooms with comfortable beds. Quiet. Good location! Would love to come back for a longer stay.

Superb location and beautiful house. Our room was clean, and perfectly comfortable. Giorgio was a fantastic host who was always happy to help. Bathroom was a good size and shower was fantastic. The town itself is lovely and well worth a visit. This guesthouse is perfectly placed on the route of the Magna via Francigena.

What a stunning place to stay in! A beautifully renovated apartment in an historic building in the centre of this charming village. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Shops and restaurants are within 5 minutes walk. It is very conveniently placed to the Magna via Francigena. Giorgio and his mother were wonderful hosts; communication was excellent, checking in and out very easy and his recommendations were very helpful. I would go out of my way to stay here and thoroughly recommend it.

Die Unterkunft war sehr modern und sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere die komfortable Dusche war nach einem anstrengenden Wandertag sehr entspannend. Die Lage mitten im Ort war optimal, um abends im Restaurant um die Ecke den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Sono un viandante/pellegrino che sta percorrendo la Via Magna Francigena e vi posso assicurare che tutte le accoglienze diffuse sono ottime ed abbondanti ma questa è “eccezionale”… non ho parole per definire la bellezza ed il buon gusto negli arredi che caratterizzano questa struttura. L’anfitrione è al di sopra di ogni aspettativa, colto, educato, dal tratto cortese e molto gentile… consiglio vivamente questa struttura e il Suo anfitrione, merita molto più di quello che chiede.
