Modern, comfortable and clean apartments very well located. In addition, we forgot something when leaving and it was quickly shipped to us. ....................................................................

Absolutely flawless facilities. We booked a large family room -- 2 person bedroom and 2 person sofabed for the kids. The instructions and facilities simply perfect. I cant imagine there being a better choice for families with two kids in Vestmannaeyjar. Furthermore, the sofabed could easily accommodate adults, never seen such a quality of sofa bed before in terms of size and comfort. A wonderful bonus if you have an electric car, is that they have two electric charging stations in the parking lot allowing you to return from the island fully charged and without any range anxiety :)

We had 2 emails before we arrived, one from Heimleiga CS and one from Godo Property. Each assigned us a different room and key box codes. This was very confusing. The apartment was clean and new. Not a grain of salt or coffee on the premises so you need to take all the basics or else buy locally. Good blackout curtains and quiet at night. We could not get the tv to work but otherwise all was good. It is a central location and if you want to eat out there are several options close by. Heimaey itself is a lovely spot and we enjoyed our stay. 2 nights was perfect.

There customer service is nonexistent. We booked through ******* and now they claim we did not pay. Avoid this property/company

These are Individual apartments. No doorman or traditional hotel amenities. Apartments are very clean, modern and in a great part of town. If you’re staying for any duration of time these are great as they have a full size kitchen. Would for sure stay here again.

The front of the property is actual hidden behind an alley. There is no clear signage, making it difficult to know you've reached the right place, you walk by the dumpsters to enter. There is no staff, automated boxes with codes greet you. Having a kitchen was not worth it as there are not necessities available. Not even salt. The hotel is paper thin and you hear everyone, which is an annoyance unless you want to shout at the neighbors yourself to be quiet. Parking is also a nightmare, no clear markings and we were blocked in.

Great roomie space, location close to hiking trail, grocery, restaurants, comfortable beds and the tv easy to use!

Je ne rejoins pas les deux avis précédents. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème lors du check-in (consignes par message sur ***********). Ceci dit, nous avions réservé 5 jours en avance, peut-être que cela joue. L'appartement est peint en noir, mais est très cosy et bien équipé. Un petit cocon où il est agréable de se poser et de chiller. L'appartement est bien situé, parking sur place.

Appartement moderne, bien situé pour visiter l’ Eldfell avec parking privé. Mais nous rejoignions l’avis de « sympa73100 » nous y avons eu un accueil épouvantable : La personne qui gère cette location n’a pas la moindre qualité pour travailler dans le tourisme ! A notre arrivée point de clefs dans la boîte à clefs. A la réception de notre appel , la personne est agressive nous renvoie que nous n’avons pas payé et que nous n’aurons pas les clefs... Aussi sûrs de nous-mêmes que de notre agence qui travaille pour nous en Islande depuis plus de 10 ans, que cette location a bien été réglée, nous insistons. Rien à faire ! Au mieux la personne accepte de vérifier et que nous la rappelions… Au deuxième appel, toujours la même chanson : pas payé , pas d’appart, point barre ! et elle nous raccroche au nez. Nous devons donc demander l intervention de notre agence... Tout cela nous prend un temps fou, le temps de voir le jour décliner et la belle après midi de balade par beau temps fichue. Par ailleurs, l’appartement est encaissé et peint de couleur marron foncé, ce qui fait une ambiance de cave. Le chauffage de la salle de bains de fonctionnait pas ainsi que la télé , mais nous n’avons pas essayé de faire arranger ces choses-là, les échanges avec l’équipe qui loue ayant été suffisamment pénibles comme ça Aménagement spartiate et pingre : pas de micro-ondes, une seule serviette de toilette par personne pour quatre nuits.
