힘든 여행 경험을 한 후, 이 아름다운 장소에 도착한 것은 꿈과도 같았습니다. 우리는 도착한 순간부터 매료되었습니다. 호텔, 스파, 아침 식사, 그리고 무엇보다도 이 작고 친밀한 경험을 지원하는 사람들. 특히 아침 식사 때, 프런트 데스크의 Naz, Lidia, Fulia. 우리는 경험을 너무 좋아해서 3박 더 연장했습니다. 정말 감사합니다!

우리는 이 멋진 부티크 호텔의 이그제큐티브 스위트에 머물렀습니다. 다른 리뷰를 읽어보면 직원, 조식, 위치, 객실의 수준이 얼마나 좋은지 알 수 있을 것입니다. 제가 말할 수 있는 것은 리뷰가 100% 정확하다는 것이고, 사실 이 멋진 호텔이 얼마나 좋은지 말로 표현할 수 없습니다. 도착부터 출발까지 방문하는 대가족의 일원이 된 것 같은 기분이 들고, 매우 환영받고 특별하게 느껴집니다. 우리는 머무는 동안 모든 순간을 즐겼고, 정중하게 바로잡아 주고 이탈리아어를 배우고 발전시키는 데 도움을 준 직원들의 인내심에 특별히 감사드립니다. 우리는 일어나서 Kichen 조식 구역으로 가서 갓 만든 커피를 객실로 가져갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 수영장 옆에서 제공되는 조식은 선택의 폭이 넓고 직원들의 일류 서비스로 우리에게는 하이라이트였습니다. 모든 것에서 벗어나 조용하고 일류 서비스와 고품질 숙박 시설을 원하신다면 이곳에 머무르는 것을 적극 추천합니다. 이곳은 목가적이고 평화로우며 언덕을 따라 베로나 중심부까지 도보로 불과 30분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔에서 베로나까지 왕복하는 무료 택시를 1회 제공합니다. 우리는 실제로 언덕을 오르는 왕복 여행에 무료 택시를 2번 이용했고, 호텔에서는 기꺼이 그렇게 해주었습니다. 우리의 숙박을 특별하게 만들어준 모든 직원에게 감사드리며, 다음에 그 지역에 갈 때면 망설임 없이 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

We had a wonderful stay. This boutique hotel has a nice, luxurious and peaceful atmosphere. The staff is super kind and welcoming. A total of 9 rooms and all are special and individual in a very nice way. The location is in a well attended and big beautiful garden - it’s quiet and above the city with great views. We loved our stay.

Relais Villa dei Gelsi & Spa is a wonderful place to stay in Verona. A beautiful sanctuary to escape to after soaking up the atmosphere in Verona and near by cities like Venice and Lake Garda. The team of ladies are friendly, professional, helpful and couldn't have been any more welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. Lot's of advice and assistance was given when planning day trips, activities, booking restaurants and recommending various things - a first class, personal concierge. The accommodation was immaculate, very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. Beds and pillows were excellent and room clean and fresh towels given each day was lovely. The faculties such as spa, pool area, breakfast and dining was excellent, a real luxury convenience. Everything is so organised yet so relaxed. The place feels like a private villa but with people who genuinely care there to look after you and a little bit of company and atmosphere from fellow guests, all of whom were very pleasant and nice. We would recommend Relais Villa dei Gelsi & Spa for any length of time, from a weekend to a fortnight as it really is a secret little paradise.

Absolute perfection . The location is breathtaking with beautiful views over Verona from the peace and tranquility of this exquisite villa and fragrant gardens . We spent 4 nights here and wished we could have stayed longer . Parking is very easy and on arrival we were greeted with Aperol by the pool . Our room was stunning and spotless with high quality furnishings . The bathroom was exceptional and the shower powerful . There are indoor and outdoor pools and both are large . There is also a jacuzzi and sauna . Again all wonderfully maintained. The breakfasts were amongst the very best we have experienced with individually prepared dishes such as avocado and eggs . Light meals were available in the evenings . There is a very close excellent restaurant about a 5 minute walk from the back gate of the gardens . Another suggestion was ordering in a tasty pizza from a small local pizzeria which we did one evening . All our food was eaten was eaten sitting outside in the gorgeous gardens watching the sunset over Verona . Verona is about a 10 minute walk down the hill and we found a path on Apple Maps as a handy shortcut . We walked back more slowly as it was so warm but it was also easy to get a taxi from the main square in Verona if sightseeing leaves you exhausted . We can’t wait to return to this heavenly place and thoroughly recommend it . I must also thank all the staff who made us so welcome and were so knowledgeable and helpful . Just wow! We stayed at Villa dei Gelsi for 3 nights after a short break in Venice. What a contrast, from the wonderful madness and bustling canal- sides to a total oasis of serene indulgence. As soon as we arrived Fulia and her team were on-hand with the warmest of welcomes (and the coldest of Proseccos!). Nothing was too much trouble for these delightful ladies who were always professional, knowledgeable and had an uncanny knack of appearing with tempting snacks, cool drinks and engaging conversation at exactly the right time. Breakfast by the pool with locally-grown fresh produce, home-baked cakes and delicious cheeses was the perfect start to the day. Our room (Presidential Suite) was very spacious, airy and beautifully furnished. We are currently refurbishing our own house and several of the elegant touches at Villa dei Gelsi are likely to be replicated! It was a pleasure to return from sightseeing in the city centre and relax on the comfortable beds by the pool. We took taxis to and from the centre (a very short drive) and on one occasion we walked (downhill) which took us around 20 minutes. The local restaurant (San Mattia) was around 10 minutes walk from the rear entrance to the hotel and offered spectacular sunset views of Verona and the surrounding countryside. Our stay was everything we could have hoped for and more. Congratulations to the owners and staff, you've got this just right.
