바가 있는 베로나 호텔

190개 이상의 객실을 갖춘 초대형 호텔입니다. 기차역에서 도보로 15분 거리에 있으며 시내 중심가에서도 멀지 않습니다. 호텔 길 건너편에는 경찰서가 있습니다. 시설은 완전하고 비교적 새롭습니다. 풍성한 아침 식사 전문적이고 열정적인 서비스 직원 유일한 단점은 주변에 슈퍼마켓이나 작은 상점이 없는 것 같아 물을 사기가 불편하다는 것입니다.

The hotel locates 5-8 mins walk from the train station which is one of the nearest in Verona. The hotel is near educational zone which is very safe and comfortable. The room is clean as well as the lobby. The front desk is very helpful and all staff are very nice.

Great Location at Train station. Good to explore Verona as all you have to do is hop on a bus and be at the Arena in a few minutes. Great for for arriving late or leaving early by train. Modern and clean. Welcoming staff. Breakfast sufficient to start the day. Would stay again.

The hotel was a good 20 minutes on a bus from the outskirts of Verona. The parking is not free you have to pay €10 a day to park in their underground car park. The room was dirty near the bed an inch thick along one wall. The bathroom had black mould round the edges and up the tiles., also the shower head was black. There was an inch wide full length of the bath piece of tape stuck to the bottom of the bath with mould growing on the whole length. Four beds in our room left very little room to walk. The bed that we slept in was supposed to be a double but there was a huge ridge in the middle as the two beds which were pushed together were different heights. There was another single bed at the side and one at the bottom. When I asked to change rooms they said they were full up, and the staff were not helpful. The carpet in the corridor was absolutely filthy, it had been beautiful in its day but that must have been 50 years ago. The curtains were hanging down off their hooks and were not connected to the rods to pull or push.

우리는 이 건물에 묵었는데, 이 호텔은 아레나가 있는 브라 광장에서 몇 걸음 거리에 있는 호텔이므로 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 구조는 공용 공간과 방 모두 깨끗하며, 후자는 넓고 멋지고 넓은 욕실을 갖추고 있습니다. 좋은 환영, 전문적이고 도움이 되는 리셉션 직원. 조식 룸서비스... 아쉽게도 분류할 수 없게 포인트를 주어야 합니다. 조직이 전혀 부족하고, 직원들의 업무를 통제할 룸 매니저도 없습니다. 일류 호텔에서는 절대로 있어서는 안되는 두 가지 에피소드가 제게 일어났기 때문에 이렇게 말씀드립니다. 우선 뷔페에 다가가서 신선한 과일을 먹으려고 신선한 파인애플과 수박이 담긴 용기가 비어 있음을 발견했습니다. 용기가 완전히 비워지기 전에도 이미 준비된 것으로 교체해야 하므로 이런 일은 절대로 발생해서는 안 됩니다. 주방에서 과일을 먹을 수 있는지 물어본 후 준비 중이라고 하더군요. 15분 정도 후에 모든 것이 도착했기 때문에 과일을 따러 갔다고 생각합니다. 하지만 그게 다가 아닙니다. 객실 직원에게 물어봅니다. 두 용기에 커피 스푼이 없어 가능하다면 즉시 스푼을 가져갈 것이라고 애정이 말했지만 그는 계속해서 자신의 임무를 수행했고 5분이 지나서 내가 주방 입구 앞으로 가서 한 잔을 요청했습니다. 내 요청에 당황한 작은 술, 그들은 수저가 없음을 확인하고 그릇을 찾기 시작했습니다. 잠시 후 사과하면서 식기 세척기에 잊어 버렸다고 말했습니다 (변명은 비난보다 더 나쁩니다). 이러한 유형의 서비스에 대해 교육을 받은 관리자가 있었다면 분명히 이런 일이 발생하지 않았을 것입니다. 불행하게도 이러한 유형의 오류로 인해 전체 구조의 가치가 상실됩니다. 리뷰가 너무 길어서 죄송합니다만, 경영진이 서비스를 개선할 수 있도록 무슨 일이 있었는지 설명하는 것이 옳다고 생각했습니다.

I was skeptical reading previous reviews but decided to give it a try for one night during my business trip as I’m an IHG member. Having experienced staying at 5 different hotels in this city — most of them within walking distance on Corso Porta Nuova (main street leading from the train station to many main attractions) — I can say that Indigo was among one of my top 2 choices. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated — the headboard of the bed immediately attracted attention, striking but elegant, with paintings seemingly telling romantic tales of the city’s history; open wardrobe was clever as it made the room seem spacious while leaving plenty of space for hanging clothes and jackets especially on a rainy day. The balcony was a super nice touch and was my favorite to come back to in the evening with a view of charming Verona at night watching people and cars passing by. Two chairs, a coffee table with blankets and a little bit of floral decorations. I spent a fair bit of time despite the cold and rain, soaking in the beautiful images which were among the most special memories I’d carry with me from this trip. Check-in was super efficient. Anna at the reception was an absolute joy to meet and interact with. She’s super kind, thoughtful and professional in helping me with storing my suitcase as I was in a rush to catch my train to a nearby city on a rainy day; she gave clear, accurate info helping me to go to the train station within 10mins; and on the next day, kindly offered recommendations for cafes. Her passion and enthusiasm and friendliness is above and beyond many of her peers. Her genuine smile stands out from others who might be just trying to get their job done. You can tell Anna is truly exceptional and a wonderful ambassador for Hotel Indigo. Keep up the good work! Breakfast service was super efficient, friendly, attentive. The professional and thoughtful gentleman offered multiple times coffee, tea, orange juice, etc, making sure each guest had everything needed for a good start of the day, quickly clearing dishes while guests stepped away - perfectly seamless. Truly outstanding attention to details. The restaurant offered a good variety of food choices: raw veggies are rare in hotel breakfast buffet but here they did so that was a plus in my book. Fresh fruits, muesli, (no sugar-added) yogurt and scrambled eggs were my go-to. Although I didn’t eat pastries or bread or drink Prosecco for breakfast, if that’s something you like then you’d be pleased to know they offered plenty to satisfy different tastes. The only thing that prevented Indigo from making my No. 1 choice in Verona was the shower. I requested specifically for a shower because from the photos shared by other travelers and reviews many commented that the bath look dated and needed update. I personally do not take baths in hotels so having a new, good water pressure shower with fast efficient drain would be way more important. They did honor my request with a standup shower corner stall. However, the square-shaped shower stall area was so small that my elbows (I’m petite size female) kept knocking on the glass doors. I believe they’re scheduled for major renovation in Jan-Feb 2024 so it’d be interesting to see if they remodel the bathrooms and showers.

추천! 매우 깨끗하고 편안한 객실, 욕조까지 있으며 멋진 전망! 리셉션을 축하합니다. 아주 좋은 소녀들과 소년입니다. 공정한 가격, 다양한 선택의 아침 식사, 중심 위치가 아니지만(중심으로 가는 버스를 권장함) 매우 조용한 지역. 몇 가지 세부 사항을 더 개선해야 할 수도 있습니다. 더 많은 욕실 용품, 슬리퍼, TV가 때때로 멈춥니다(볼 시간이 없더라도 잠금을 해제하려면 일종의 핀을 삽입해야 합니다. 그것).

이탈리아에서 가장 큰 호텔, 지하 주차장은 매우 안전합니다. 프론트 데스크는 암호를 제공하고, 아래층에 직접 주차하기 위해 암호를 입력합니다. 자동차 출입구가 더 멀고 문이 평평합니다. 또한 호텔의 아침 식사가 좋습니다. 그리 멀지 않은 Garda 호수에 갈 수 있습니다. 환경은 나쁘지 않습니다. 며칠 더 베로나에 머무르는 것이 좋습니다. 작지만 매우 편안한 도시!

I spent 4 night in this hotel. The room was not very spacious but it was clean and equipped with all necessities. The cleaning service was very good. The location was average - it took some time to reach the city center. The only disadvantage were breakfasts - for those who likes ”sweet breakfasts” everything was probably fine .... but if you like typical breakfasts you could be disappionted (no tomatoes, the scrambled eggs below expectationes). Good coffee :)

Loved this hotel. The staff all spoke some English with most speaking English fluently. Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is clean and excellently maintained. Excellent food, and the staff were very attentive and pleasant. Rooms are of a high standard. We loved the patio dinning experience. Great value for money and really would be nit picking to find any fault during our visit. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We loved this hotel and it’s 2 minutes away from the Motorway.
