one of the best hotel I know: friendly staff who knows what a good hotel is like, beautiful location, a good bed, a good restaurant----a good place to be, with a wonderful view over the mountains

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in July. We were shown to our bedroom at the end of a corridor. After the door there are 2 steps up to the accommodation level but no further door beyond these steps. During the night my wife woke up to go to the bathroom. As there was no lighting, and she was in an unfamiliar environment, she mistook the space above the steps to be the entrance to the bathroom. She fell down both steps and hit her arm, knee and head very hard on the tiled floor. The noise from the fall was significant. She seemed to be unharmed other than severe bruising. The following morning I reported this to 2 people at reception and asked them to log the incident in case of repercussions and asked that they put night lights in the room. They did not seem very interested. Later in the day I asked the Duty Manager if the report had been recorded and it hadn’t. I also asked him to make sure it was logged. We left after 2 nights having not received any formal type of apology, no night lights were placed in the room and no one even came to the room to see if we were safe. On arrival in Spain my wife went to hospital for a head scan. Fortunately she seems to have escaped and serious effects. But this could very easily have been a fatal fall and the steps in question are clearly a hazard to life, health and safety.

Séjour de deux nuits pour visiter la famille et la région, idéalement placé et accueil remarquable, restaurant parfaitement adapté avec produits de qualité.

Nous avons passés un week-end entre amis ( 7 couples ) en demi pension dans ce lieu magnifique avec une superbe vue sur le mont ventoux. Établissement très calme . Chambre très confortable. Piscine chauffée Le jacuzzi qui a été très apprécié Cuisine excellente petit déjeuner varié Le personnel est très agréable Les propriétaires de l hôtel très à l écoute et très arrangeant car un couple n a pas pu venir car malade le jour du départ Je remercie la patronne 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Cela fait deux fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et je le recommande vivement

Escapade à 2, entre détente et sport. Hôtel bien situé pour faire des activités sportives. Nous avons apprécié la chambre (surclassement à notre arrivée), la piscine et le jacuzzi (attention toutefois au réglage de la température par les clients), le petit déjeuner et les repas variés tous les soirs. Les conseils précieux des propriétaires de la maison sont également un plus, ils connaissent la région et les bons plans par coeur ! Je recommande sans hésitation !
