Very comfortable, spacious and relaxing room. The dining table was perfect for us to regroup after a full day of walking, layout our purchases, editing pictures and reflecting on how beautiful and unique Venice is. The proprietors were very helpful and right on with their food recommendations. They were accommodating with our luggage storage, giving us a few more hours in Venice after we checked out. We had a kitchen in the suite, but wasn't used much given how much excellent food are available within a short walk from the hotel. But was good to be able to make a cup of coffee on our first morning to reset our brain's time zone. All in all a very good experience. Will return. Oh, beware of cobble stone walkways and stairways if you are planning on bringing heavy roller suitcases...

I loved this place and will definitely stay again when in Venice. So close to all the major sights, shopping and restaurants, but super quiet at night for sleeping - couldn’t hear a peep despite the central location. Host was amazing, with restaurant tips, arranging an early 5am taxi to the airport and super friendly greeting each time we came home. Apar**ent was serviced daily which was a very nice indeed. Book it, you won’t regret!

I was part of a group of three families that stayed at Residenza Ducato over Chris**as. We all really enjoyed our stay there. Its location couldn't be better, and for the rates we were impressed by how nicely appointed the rooms were. Our two kids had comfy beds set up for them in the living room/kitchen, and the master bedroom was spacious and spotless. Paola was incredibly nice and helpful, right down to the marshmallow Santas she left on the door for Chris**as. Highly recommend staying here.

Our fist visit to Venice was made extra special by the wonderful Residenza Ducato and the staff there. The room was spacious and well appointed, and the staff very attentive. Centrally located, which makes getting anywhere very easy. Highly recommended!

Great modern and luxurious hotel apar**ent in heart of San Marco. Everything in the apar**ent was clean and felt luxurious. Paola manager at the front desk was very helpful at every step and made our visit to Venice both fun and easy.

This is truly a wonderful place in the heart of Venice! We stayed in an apar**ent on the second floor, which was a wonderful, classy and elegant 40-square-meter place. It's perfect for relaxing but also ideal for people that need to work remotely because it's spacious. It was perfectly clean and quiet. The location is right between St. Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge, so very close to all the best spots in the city. Also, Paola, the host, is really trying to help her guests as much as possible. We got recommendations for food and aperitivo and the whole experience was real, unpretentious and nice. They're genuinely nice people. I can't recommend this place enough.

Property was wonderful - 8 min walk to the grand canal on either side. Room was amazing. Our room even had a mini kitchen and laundry in the room. We could not have been happier! Side note - The water taxi from the airport is worth every Penny!!!!!!
