호텔 팔라조 비토리아(Hotel Palazzo Vitturi)

이 훌륭한 베네치아 호텔을 세 번째 방문했는데 여전히 만족스럽습니다. 현대적이고 넓은 욕실을 갖춘 깨끗하고 조용하며 넓은 객실입니다. 광장이 보이는 아름다운 방에서 평균적인 아침 식사를 제공합니다. 가격은 기간에 따라 다르며 비수기에는 매우 저렴합니다.

도착 전 호텔과의 의사소통은 훌륭했고 우리의 요청에 따라 공항에서 개인 택시를 준비해 주었는데 이는 도착하기에 좋은 방법이었습니다. 호텔은 베니스를 탐험하기에 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 예약은 즐거웠지만 방에 도착했을 때 수건이 없었습니다. 리셉션에서 일부를 요청했는데 이를 증명할 수 있는 방을 보여줘야 한다고 거의 느낄 수 없는 것이 없다는 불신을 느꼈습니다. 첫날 아침에 방에서 커피를 만들러 갔는데 커피 머신에 조각이 없는 것 같았고 포드가 바로 떨어졌습니다. 별거 아니야, 우리는 아침에 커피를 마실 거야. 불행하게도 아침 식사는 혼란이라고 표현할 수 있을 정도로만… 그릇이 나올 때까지 잠시 기다렸고 음식 선택이 부족했으며 둘째 날 아침에는 테이블도 구할 수 없어서 직원이 한 명도 없이 식사 공간에서 나갔습니다. 그들이 우리를 도와줄 수 있는지 물었고 남은 날 동안 우리는 호텔에서 아침 식사를 했습니다. 우리 아들이 실수로 와인 한 잔을 넘어뜨려 매우 다공성 벽이라고밖에 설명할 수 없는 것을 튀겼고, 매우 빠르게 청소했음에도 불구하고 불행히도 벽이 얼룩지는 사고가 있었습니다. 방에 있는 미니 냉장고에 다른 음료수와 함께 콜라가 있기 때문에 아이들과 함께 여기에 머무르는 경우 명심해야 할 사항(요금이 부과됨)은 실수로 흘려도 벽이 똑같이 얼룩질 수 있습니다. 우리는 이에 대해 전적인 책임을 졌지만 €300의 요금에 충격을 받았습니다!!! 그러나 욕실 사진에서 볼 수 있듯이 이미 벽이 손상되었고 일부 부적절한 고정 장치/부품이 부족하여 게스트로서 우리가 받아들일 수 있는 것으로 간주했습니다. 우리가 돌아 왔을 때 호텔에 연락하여 총지배인 Michele이 우리의 경험과 객실 품질이 표준 이하임을 인정한 사진을 보냈으며 고객 서비스에 자부심을 갖고 € 300를 환불하고 무료 숙박을 제공했습니다. 불행하게도 우리는 환불을 받은 적이 없습니다. 따라서 고객 서비스에 자부심을 갖고 있다고 주장하는 완벽한 호텔과는 거리가 먼 숙박에 대한 실망스러운 끝입니다.

This is a very comfortable boutique hotel on a square in Castello that is not too crowded but within a short (10-minute) walk of the Rialto and St. Mark's Square. We booked early enough that our rate was very good value. Staff is young, enthusiastic, and helpful (recommending restaurants, making reservations, recommending other things to do). Rooms are comfortable, and decor is very a**ospheric and typically Venetian, with costumed mannequins, paintings, old furniture, stone archways, and so forth. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very generous, with local pastries and cheeses. Highly recommend.

Boutique hotel set in a great location walkable to all the major sights. 10 mins to nearest vaparetto stop. 30 mins walk to the train station or the bus depot. Rooms are clean and layout of a junior suite was perfect for our family of 4, with 2 young adults. Bathroom renovated. Heating was adequate as the evenings are still cool in March. The common floor balcony was accessible to sit and overlooks the square, which had great restaurants and vegetable stand. The breakfast included in the rate had a great delicious variety. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bags were held for free in a common room after our check out bc we had more sightseeing to do before leaving the island. Price for one night was a bit steep considering other similar options but overall pleased with entire stay. Definitely would come back if have the opportunity.

We decided on doing a crazy last minute weekend trip to Venice & this hotel stood out by far it was in a great location they kindly arranged a water taxi for us (at a charge) so we arrived in style The hotel itself was very modern our room was soo spacious elegant venetian style had a comfortable sleep put it that way i have a disability and the hotel was very accomdating with operating there lift for me making sure i got in & out okay on the last day they even rang a few places for us from where my husband could hire a foldable wheelchair as my legs gave way on the last day.. All in all i definitely recommend this hotel i cannot remember the girls name on reception but ever so welcoming and helpful It is also located in the middle of a market/shops few coffee/food shops too. This hotel was closely situated to main attractions around 7-10 min walks to St Marks Square & Rialto Bridge around 20 min walk to Grand Canal.

My wife and I booked a weekend away and chose this hotel for its location to the main attractions like Rialto Bridge (5 mins) and Piazza San Marco often known in English as St Mark's Square (5 mins). You can even get a Gondola ride in the square where the hotel is (which we did and it was lovely). The hotel is boutique and the staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to help you with your stay. Breakfast is also very good and their are lots of choices depending on your preferences for breakfast. Rooms are large, well maintained and the hotel is very quiet, so you are guaranteed a good night sleep. Lots of lovely affordable restaurants and bars around the hotel. Will definitely be booking here again.

Fabulous location , great room, an array of breakfast options, staff were just the best, friendly and extremely helpful. 5 min walk to Rialto and 20 min walk to Palazzo San Marco. We will be returning asap. Just couldn’t fault it in any way.

The hotel is lovely! The staff is so helpful. Before we arrived, Giulia fixed our reservation problem and helped us choose a delicious restaurant for dinner. We would absolutely stay here again. It is a quick walk to stores and busier areas near the Rialto bridge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and remarkably quiet. A perfect combination of an historic Venetian property with modern conveniences.

Amazing hotel from start to finish. Fantastic communication and full of staff with the knowledge and expertise of the area to be able to book transfers and hotels before arriving. Traditional style rooms and shared balcony to overlook the square. Cleaned daily. Flexible with check out time and a real welcoming feel. Breakfast was included in the price.
