Ca' Del Moro

We booked the hotel as close to a family member however we found ants in the room on the first day (and some were in the restaurant too). The swimming pool was closed and while the leaflet in the room was saying that the restaurant was opened every day this is not true. The coffee machine downstairs doesn’t work and there is no room service. The walls are marked and the wall lamp on top of the bed is full of dust. Beds were comfortable. In conclusion the price we paid doesn’t reflect at all the expectations

The cleaning level is terrible as the the bedding makes both me & my friend feeling itchy all the time even we have asked for change of room. In the hotel description it said there are slippers provided but this is not true. They don’t provide almost anything.

This hotel has such potential. We had two rooms, they were spacious, and the air conditioning was great. However it was clear that they hadn’t been tested out for comfort. The only mirror was in the bathroom, the beds were narrow and the mattresses hard. There was no fridge or kettle and the lift did t always work. The pool is much better than advertised, it’s lovely. But despite being told it was open until 7pm and that towels were available there, on the first night at 6:30pm the pool staff very reluctantly let us use the pool. The 2nd night at 6:30pm different staff refused to give us towels and were extremely rude. The food at the poolside bar was decent one night and just awful another night. The pork ribs were inedible, were or served with potatoes as advertised and the waitress tried to charge us for potatoes when we asked for them. Breakfast was decent. Such potential but poorly executed.

I went in August when i was turned away at the turkey border due to a visa related issue. My phone was stolen at Frankfurt, Germany airport after arriving from Canada. My friends were in Turkey and i had no way to contact them, and i wanted some sun with a pool to refesh after day at beach. Lido island is very easy to use public transportation, and this resort spot is about halfway between the two main beach areas at either end of island. The staff try hard to be helpful. Lorenzo was my guy at front desk, with Stafano running a close 2nd for insight and awareness. At the breakfast buffet, Dania was always greeting with a wave and smile, and memorizes ur favorite habits so she can anticipate, and be ready to make me a fresh double cappocino instead of using the automated machine at buffet. It was nice to chat with these 3 as they all had exceptional english skills, and seemed genuinely interested in ur daily challenges.

Hotel bello, confortevole, pulito. In bellissima posizione nel verde e vicino alla fermata dell'autobus. A dieci minuti a piedi da Malamocco, che merita una visita. Eccellente colazione di ottima qualità. Personale molto gentile. Ci siamo andati per la Mostra del Cinema e ci torneremo senz'altro per la prossima Mostra.

Wir waren 1 Woche in einem 3 Bettzimmer im Hauptgebäude. Liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, Baugeschäft und Gartenmöbel Laden direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Frühstück naja, Personal super nett, Pool war auch ok, Meer mehr als 100 Meter weg..... wenn man Renovieren würde, würde man das Hotel sehr aufwerten.
