호텔 델`오페라(Hotel Dell'Opera)

Die Lage ist sehr gut, dicht am Markusplatz. Kleines und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit kleiner Dachterrasse und günstigen Preisen für Drinks. Das Zimmer ist geräumig mit Klimaanlage und guter Ausstattung, alles sehr sauber. Dusche ist etwas klein/eng. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist für 15 Euro pro Person akzeptabel

Loved this hotel. It’s right by the channel and can catch a gondola from right outside the hotel. It’s walkable distance to everywhere.. the restaurant under the hotel is open till late and has good food. Best croissants, hot chocolate at the bakery down the road .. rooms r big and clean 4 stars since the bathroom does not have a stand up shower and no shower curtains. Atleast we did not have time for a soaking tub experience in the 2 nights we spent here . Not sure if this is an issue with just the room we were in (103) or with all rooms. Other than that, absolutely loved this hotel and the staff.

Very nice and stylish hotel in the heart of Venice. Wonderful position, around the corner from the Theater La Fenice and at walking distance from many key attractions, including San Marco square. Clean room and very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet could surely be improved.

O hotel é muito bonito e bem localizado. Com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos e uma Bela vista! Ao meu ver falta no excelente e amplo quarto uma garrafa térmica para um chá ou café. Quem sabe um frigobar também não seria útil .....No mais aprovado!

I’ll start by saying we read reviews where some had complained about their rooms primarily for low ceilings in bathrooms and management replied to the reviews stating “if only you had told us we would have offered you another room”. We had three rooms and my daughters was one with such a low ceiling over the bath she couldn’t stand up in it to have a shower. We did go to reception to complain but wasn’t offered an alternative or given any explanation instead just fobbed off. That said it didn’t spoil the experience. The hotel itself is in a great location close to San Marco square and all the main attractions. It is basic and a bit dated but immaculately clean although the rooms are a bit dark due to dark wood furniture. Some of the rooms have balconies but with limited views and whilst it says they have mini bars they don’t. There are fridges in the rooms with bottled water in but a bit hit and Miss if it’s replenished each day. Ours wasn’t. The breakfast is very basic, processed ham, cheese, boiled eggs etc. not worth €15 in my opinion and you can get far better in near by cafes for a lot less. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms but I believe you can help yourself to a brew outside the breakfast room on the second floor although we wasn’t told this on check in. Overall a good hotel in a great location and the staff were friendly and welcoming despite not recognising our issue with one of the rooms. Forthe price we paid I would look elsewhere when we return to Venice.

The nicest people work here. The staff is so cheerful and helpful. I also like that there is an elevator. It is very conveniently located, and is practically right next to the Teatro la Fenice. It has a porto d'acqua, which means that, if the tides don't interfere, you can get a water taxi to pick you up or drop you off right at the front door.

Loved this hotel. The location was great. The staff were just wonderful .. all of them! Room was clean and spacious. Morning breakfast was very good. We would definitely come back! Thank you!

Great location. Very clean. Liked that there were white bed sheets and not the dark coloured Venetian bedding and walls you often get in other hotels in Venice. Spacious room and bathroom. Efficient and quiet air conditioning. Reception staff very helpful and prompt in answering questions. Didn't hear other guests' noise, except when they were opening doors - when I've stayed in other 3 star hotels in Venice - tiny rooms, noise pollution from other guests, not as clean etc. Would definitely look at staying at the hotel again.

Property is in a great location. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff at reception. Rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable.
