룸 메이트의 꽃의 궁전(Palazzo Dei Fiori by Room Mate)

This was the best place we stayed at in Italy! Really pretty and big with all the essentials you need. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything including free snacks, juice, soda, water, tea, coffee and fruits. They also provide us we slippers, lotion that smells really good, bathroom essentials and other things we didn’t find in a lot of other hotels/airbnbs. The service was phenomenal and the people here are so friendly. We were presented with some welcoming gifts and lots of help during our stay. This hotel also has its own private dock which was very convenient for us to go to the train station with a booked private water taxi through the hotel. The taxi brings us right to the side in front of the station and we didn’t have to carry our luggages up the stairs and across the bridge had we gone on a public water taxi (the price is pretty close). Definitely recommend and would come back again next time in Venice!

BEWARE!! We were scheduled to arrive via train when Treinitalia announced a country wide rail strike 3 days before our trip. This hotel refused to refund our stay even though we physically had no way to get to them! Disgusting and ruined our family trip

Perfect location, super clean, high standing interiors and facilities, modern and large rooms in historical building, peaceful...better than home! Surrouded by bars and restaurants, but also by shops and vaporetto, walking distance from the train station.

Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights. Very good service, fast checkin and even a tour throughout the apartment and we were amazed by how nice and big it was! Everything worked perfect and was so neat and clean. To not even to begin about the beds. So big and slept so well. The location is perfect as you are within a 10 minutes radius, in the city were you can find a lot of restaurants and places to take a gondola (definitely recommend) but also only 8 minutes walk to supermarkets and the San Marco (Piazza) were they have great stores and architecture. Definitely a 10/10 !! Thanks team Palazzo dei Fiori for making our stay an unforgettable one :) ＜3

The apartment was wonderful and tremendously spacious, everything new and perfect. The location of the hotel is fantastic very close to San Marco. But best of all is the staff with special mention to Emmanuele. We will definitely come back.

Palazzo dei Fiori is a remarkable find! So pleased we chose it: we could not have had a better stay. Newly opened, the beautifully refurbished and decorated palazzo is in a great location and has HUGE rooms. It's the first time we have chosen an apartment in Venice rather than a hotel room and it makes such a difference! We've always liked Room Mate but this time they have really created something special. The palazzo is a perfect combination of old and modern, and the funky furnishings by Teresa Sapey make a very pleasant change from the baroque and rococco overload you'll get everywhere else. There's a well equipped small kitchen, which is great for breakfast or a light supper. Super comfortable bed and bedding; lovely bright bathrooms with fluffy towels. The apartments are cleaned every other day, which is a great joy when self catering. Nice views from the upper floors. On the other side of the canal is the Benedetto Marcello Conservatoire of Music, so open your windows in the daytime and you may hear some heavenly music drifting by, which adds to the atmosphere. We were really lucky to be upgraded to the Faggio apartment - 2000 sq ft with a wonderful terrace. So much nicer to come home after an exhausting day sightseeing to a proper sized flat than a tiny hotel room...and all for the same price! Marco the manager is charming, as is concierge Gianluca, and all staff are really helpful with tips for local restaurants and bars. We will definitely return! Le Café, just round the corner on Campo Santo Stefano, is great for breakfast and the Tavernetta San Maurizio in the opposite direction serves delicious local food in the evenings. But for great lunches try the cafe in the Museo Correr: quiet, the best view of St Mark's Square imaginible, charming wall murals and normal prices! You don't need to go into the museum, though you do need to go through security.

In one word: amazing! Really great receival and crew. It used to be a palace, they say. I can tell U it still is. Convenient large living room and kitchen. We even had 2 bathrooms and in the huge living room a telescope!! My kids loved it. It was very cosy and warm inside too. We recommand this to everyone, from the bottom of our hearts, Jeroen and family, Amsterdam.

The location is great and the rooms are fine. But what I really hated, is their laundry service. They use these iron/metal carts to change laundry. They go extremely loud through the street and these transport people seem not to care less about their environment. We woke up nearly every morning around 6:00-7:00 because of this so called "service". It is really horrible. At one morning I did follow these guys to the water side and it is unheard how much noise they make. But the most shocking of it was the 60 or 70 year old transport boat, which was extremely poluting and left those terrible diesel fumes in the street and over the water. When they were finished, these guys "drove" away like they were a F1 driver so to say. Is this hotel group really taking care of their environment?? I dont't think so. It is just marketing but invisible they don't care less!! They should be horribly ashamed!!!
