The house has a unique set up with two structures on the property. One structure has a full kitchen, living room, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with shower and laundry. Warm, cozy home perfect for family of 4 adults Had to book last minute stay in LA and luckily found Jill's property. True to the description and pictures, its a lovely home with enough space for 4 adults. There were options for street parking, we were also able to pull our minivan onto the property. Quite a few brunch and coffee places within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Daughter visit and beach bike time Wonderful private and secure property in a nice neighborhood of Venice. Super convenient to everything I needed. Great and easy biking to the beach and town shopping and restaurants. Super walkable.

Pleasant and Quiet Excellent location to Rose and a quiet respite close but away from hustle bustle we like during the day and for dinner. A perfect combination. Thank you for having all the necessary essentials in the home. The outdoor spaces are lovely for enjoying the nice weather.

Outstanding Venice bungalow Loved our stay. Everything was as described, and the host provided ample linens, detergent, paper towels, etc. - often have to buy these things ourselves at rental properties pleasant surprise these were all included. Great Location! The Bungalow is in a great location! We really enjoyed walking to the beach and Abbot Kinney. This home has two separate structures one of which has a full kitchen which is a really nice set up and the yard space is cute and cozy.
