This is a gem of a hotel. The staff is one of the best I have ever experienced and I travel a lot. The architecture is an amazing balance of traditional and contemporary. They have wonderful seating areas, the gym and pool are a lovely addition as well as the roof top bar. Location is perfect!

체크인을 기다리는 동안 갓 짜낸 오렌지 주스를 큰 잔으로 주셨고, 객실 시설도 매우 현대적이었고, 화장실에는 처음으로 비데도 설치되어 있었습니다. 여행에서 돌아온 뒤 기력을 보충하기 위해 은행나무 한 접시, 치즈, 깍둑썰기한 햄, 비스킷을 방에 나눠주었습니다. 밖에 나가면 곳곳에 음식이 있는데, 특히 호텔에서 추천하는 해산물 레스토랑에서는 맛있고 저렴한 타파스를 즐길 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 메뉴에서 주문했는데 매우 맛있었습니다. 유일한 단점은 방에 바디로션이 없고 주변이 매우 건조하다는 점이었습니다.. 프런트에 말씀드리니 록시땅 바디로션 작은병이 배달되어 왔고 샴푸, 기타 어메니티도 모두 엘에서 가져왔습니다. My husband and I went to this hotel during our honeymoon. It looked great online, with 5 star ratings. On our first night there, we had no hot water. There is a rainfall shower and a shower attachment in the bathtub. We spent the whole day outside and were looking forward to a shower. The water was cold int he rainfall shower and barely lukewarm in the bathtub. We called the front desk, and a man came by and said our options were either cold showers tonight or to shower in the spa. The next night, we requested a different room in which the showers were hot. We were then told it was a problem in the whole hotel and they were trying to find us a room. They gave us a handicap accessible room, which would have been fine except the toilet was in the shower. We requested a different room, and the hotel agent confirmed the water would be warm. I was very excited to have a shower, and I had 2 minutes of lukewarm water and then it was cold again. Granada was already wet and chilly, and this really dampened our stay. No refund or discount was offered. I didn’t have a warm shower the whole time I was there, which for a 5 star hotel is ridiculous.

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

이 호텔은 가격대비 성능이 상당히 좋고 위치가 도심에 있어서 아주 좋습니다. 바로 옆에 대성당이 있고 주차도 편리합니다. 다만 호텔 전체의 지형이 좀 복잡합니다. 건물이 여러 개 있습니다. 그리고 여러 대의 엘리베이터.올바른 엘리베이터를 타지 않으면 객실로 이동하지 못할 수도 있습니다.그 중 많은 엘리베이터는 아직 유지 보수 중이며, 작동하는 엘리베이터를 찾으려면 오랜 시간 동안 짐을 끌고 가야 할 수도 있습니다. 엘리베이터😂. 호텔 시설은 상대적으로 낡았고 방 크기나 위생 상태는 괜찮지만 창문이 기본적으로 남의 집과 반대쪽에 있어 매우 가깝고 볼거리가 많지 않습니다. 서비스 태도도 매우 보통이었습니다. 체크인할 때 잘못된 방을 배정받았습니다. 나중에 변경하려고 했을 때 서비스 직원은 처음에는 이를 인정하지 않았습니다. 오랜 싸움 끝에 아무런 사과 없이 방을 변경해 주었습니다.

I originally booked a bunk in a 6 bed mixed dorm room, but the hotel was also hosting a large school group during my stay, so they upgraded me to a single private room and I am eternally grateful! The location is perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, very modern, and clean. The front lobby always smelled so nice, and the décor is just lovely. My room was fantastic. It was quiet, the AC worked well, the bed was really comfortable, and there was a little balcony with a great view. The breakfast is a bit pricy, but well worth it. Overall, whether you are looking for a dorm room or a private room, I really liked this place and would absolutely recommend.

This hotel was really amazing! The room was so clean and beautiful, the bathroom was pretty and updated, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated right near so many great tapas places and within walking distance to Plaza Nueva, where many walking tours leave from, as well as the taxicab stand. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're taking a trip to Granada.

What I liked: · very friendly and helpful staff - good breakfast - spacious room - location - good restaurants around, Cathedral close - nice decoration - good wifi What I liked less - no parking, the closer parking was full, we had to park more than one kilometer away and carry the luggage the whole way - this was a nightmare - our rooms were at the 4th floor - elevator goes only until the 3rd floor, we had to climb stairs to get to our rooms - bad TV signal

네바다 쇼핑몰에서 1km 이내에있는 쇼핑몰의 여러 식당은 품질이 좋습니다. 까르푸 (Carrefour)와 리들 슈퍼마켓 (lidl 슈퍼마켓)이 도보 거리 내에 있으며, 길가에 무료 주차 공간이 마련되어 있습니다. 호텔은 작고 장식은 따뜻합니다. 약간 간단한 방의 작은 레이아웃을 제외하고 다른 방은 완전히 점수를 매기고 가격은 매우 높습니다.

Fue una auténtica pesadilla. Llegamos sobre las 15.30 horas y nos asignaron el bungalow 9. Hacia frío, la calefacción no estaba encendida, quisimos poner el aire con bomba de calor y no funcionaba, daba error E2 y cada 10 minutos se apagaba, asi que nos cansamos y nos arropamos con la manta que había sobre la cama. Al poco rato me picaban las piernas así que me destapé y estaba llena de pelos de perro, me bajé el pantalón y estaba llena de sarpullido y picaduras. Fuimos a mirar la cama y no tenía ni sábanas, llamamos para pedir unas y que nos cambiasen la manta pulgosa, y ese cambio nunca se produjo. Quisimos ducharnos para intentar reducir el picor y sorpresa, tampoco había agua caliente. Pagamos 105€ por una noche, lo mínimo que pedimos es limpieza y desinfección del bungalow, pero sobre todo de la ropa de cama. A las 22.30 horas viendo las malas condiciones del bungalow y la falta de soluciones decidimos volvernos a nuestra casa, a 200 km, perdiendo las actividades programadas para el día siguiente. Para colmo 4 días después seguimos con sarpullido y picaduras y hemos tenido que desinfectar toda la casa por temor de habernos traido pulgas o cualquier otro bicho en la maleta. Por cierto, la alfombra que hay bajo la mesa estaba super sucia y olía realmente mal. NUNCA MÁS. Por supuesto, queremos poner hoja de reclamaciones, pero cuando nos fuimos no había nadie y ahora nos ponen trabas, pero no lo vamos a dejar pasar. Esto no debería de volverle ocurrir a nadie. Estoy embarazada era un fin de semana para desconectar en pareja y nos han fastidiado, es igual que si nos hubieran estafado.
