A Truly Memorable Stay at Angelina Boutique Hotel, Aegina This was our second stay at Angelina Boutique Hotel, and once again, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional—we were kindly picked up from the port and assisted with our luggage, which made our arrival smooth and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. It truly feels like a home away from home. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is calming, and the staff are consistently kind, attentive, and welcoming. A special mention also goes to the hotel’s restaurant—every meal we had was delicious, and the setting made it even more enjoyable. Warmest thanks to everyone at Angelina Boutique Hotel for another unforgettable stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Oh dear! So much potential, chaotic, understaffed and underinvested but Angelos on reception and the ladies who serve breakfast are fabulous. Beautiful location but there is so much that doesn’t work here. Boutique hotel is a description but when there are no hairdryers, no phones, no shower caps, no safes it’s very poor and when one couple asked for a kettle in their room the owner refused despite the fact that their was a tiny kitchenette. The showers are poorly designed and soak the bathrooms, but the towels are plentiful and fluffy. Breakfast however is excellent and punches way above the weight of the hotel with fruit salads in jars, yoghurts, a frittata, savoury and sweet pastries, rice pudding which is divine. The coffee is good but the orange juice is the normal. However when the air conditioning unit leaks and makes the tiles slippery, the staff can’t move you automatically they have to wait to have it okayed by the owners. Then when you come back to the hotel after dinner, a young boy no older than 13 is on reception who shows you grumpily to your new room and can’t/wont help with your luggage and is far too keen to get to his computer games it’s annoying and you obviously can’t ask him for a drink at the bar! The swimming pool is beautiful but the steps going down to it are slippery so fingers crossed there won’t be any accidents. The staff are lovely and efficient smile constantly but it is obvious that they are hampered by having to ask the owners before they can agree to anything

Angelina Boutique Escape presents itself as a luxurious retreat with stunning rooms—some even equipped with kitchenettes (though ours lacked a power outlet and came with only two knives and nothing else). The pool area is beautiful, featuring luxurious loungers with parasols and a poolside bar for snacks and drinks. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Despite the promising appearance, this accommodation falls short in several critical areas. The website makes grand promises, but in practice, it delivers very little. **Safety Concerns:** While the pool may look inviting, the edges are treacherously slippery, posing a serious hazard to both children and older guests. This is simply unacceptable. **Unfriendly Staff and Poor Service:** The breakfast is lackluster, and the staff's attitude leaves much to be desired. From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome. When we inquired on our first night about an emergency contact number, we were met with confused stares and told to just call 112 if anything happened. This lack of basic hospitality is alarming. **Safety Issues:** On our first night, a loud argument broke out in our hallway, with a man yelling aggressively. Moments like these highlight the importance of having accessible staff or an emergency contact, but we were left feeling unsafe and without support. **Lack of Information:** The check-in process was completely uninformative. We had to figure out on our own that pool towels were available, how the air conditioning worked, that charges were added to our account, and what amenities were in the surrounding area. It seemed that foreign tourists were treated differently than Greek guests, which only added to the discomfort. **The Sole Bright Spot:** The only positive interaction we had was with the housekeeping staff, particularly one kind and friendly woman who went out of her way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Ironically, she was the only one who asked if we had enjoyed our time and thanked us for staying—a job that should be standard for the reception staff. In summary, while Angelina Boutique Escape may have the aesthetics of a five-star resort, it fails spectacularly in service, safety, and overall experience. The cold and unhelpful staff, combined with serious safety concerns and lack of basic information, make this a place we cannot recommend. We give it 2 stars—only for the well-maintained complex and the outstanding housekeeping. Sadly, when we checked out, there was no thank you, no inquiry about our stay—just a quick transaction. This final interaction encapsulated our entire experience: indifferent and disappointing.

Angelina delight This was an enjoyable trip. Hotel staff were very pleasant. Room was basic but spacious, and air con was grand. The pool was superb, quiet and big. The breakfast wasn’t bad at all. Overall would recommend

Angeiva Aegina review absolutely hotrrable. No lift, no operational wi-fi, no phone inside the room to communicate with receptiopn which was out inyhe garden, ancient aircondition with cable connected control which could not cool the room. The worse was the attitute and behaviour. Another guests witnessign when I left within five minutes offered and helped me with my bags and to exit the extremely small dangerous parking. I made a complaint on hotels .com requesting full refund but the hotel through lies accepyed to refund only 2 days. my advise STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AND PEOPLE

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel! The pool and grounds are beautiful. The staff & owner are so helpful & kind. The breakfast was all homemade and delicious. I would highly recommend it and can’t wait to return someday!!!
