In the district of Domaine du Golf de Ste Maxime, 4 km from the centre, in a quiet position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 1'550 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (5 x 8 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Boules. In the house: WiFi. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bakery 4 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Saint-Raphael" 20 km, sandy beach 3 km, thermal baths "Les Issambres" 7 km. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 500 m, tennis 4 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 6 km, Accrobranche 6 km, Azur park 13 km, Gorges du Verdon 95 km, Navette / shuttle boat St-Tropez 15min 4 km. Hiking paths: Massif de l'Esterel 38 km. 2 weeks full of relaxation. Very nice house with patina, well equipped with everything for inside and outside. Very large well-kept property completely fenced, very quiet. Recommended for golf lovers, with children, dogs, for all ages. Arrival/departure p
