For shared use: park 2 ha, swimming pool (7 x 15 m, depth 100 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, tennis, parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, grocery 600 m, supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 300 m, café 600 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Saint-Raphael TGV" 20 km, sandy beach "la Croisette" 200 m, park "Jardin Botanique" 50 m, thermal baths "Thalasso Les Issambres" 7 km. Excellent location, 5 minutes from the beach and the shops of the city center are within walking distance a few kms

The property was very clean and the location is really great. You're on the beach in no time. Also great that it has two fridges including a cooling compartment. The only negative points are the air conditioning, which moves the air but does not cool it.
