My new husband and I absolutely loved every minute of being at Emaho. The perfect mix of relaxation and activities. There are only 3 villas, so we felt very secluded in a good way (for our honeymoon). The staff is incredibly kind and took care of every need we had, including doing our laundry. The food was delicious every single day. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the activities we had time to take part in - kayaking, waterfall hike, Kokomana Chocolate Farm, diving, snorkeling split rock. Special thanks to Kele and Sala for adventuring with us everyday and to the whole crew for taking care of us! Highly recommend staying here for a romantic getaway!

We’ve spent 5 days relaxing in the Emaho Villa. There’s plenty of activities to choose and the staff are really attentive and careful to guests’ needs. The location is spectacular, though not with direct access to the sea as it is located in the hills. Food and drinks are very good too. If you are looking to switch off, unwind and relax, Emaho Sekawa is the place for you!

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in a stunningly beautiful and secluded place, Emaho Sekawa is the right choice! We’re on the last day of our week long honeymoon here and have been blown away by the beauty. We’re staying in the Totoka Villa, which is very comfortable and includes a small pool, lounge chairs, and a daybed to take in the incredible views. Aside from the scenery, the best part of our stay has been the food. Chef Illie has cooked us some of the best seafood we’ve ever had, and we look forward to ordering our lunch and dinner from a menu of new delicious selections every day. As for excursions, Sala and Kele have generously taken us on a waterfall swim, snorkeling, tubing on a gentle river, and more. Our favorites were the snorkeling at Split Rock and the chocolate farm tour. We also paid to take a boat ride to a tiny private white sand island, which was beautiful but the water was very choppy the day we went, just a possibility to be aware of when booking that excursion. One tip for future visitors, if you want to, you can pack light because the staff here can do your laundry as often as you’d like. We’ve also loved hanging out with the retreat’s resident cat, Kitty! It’s been a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Once we arrived, we were stunned by the extravagant welcome and stellar view. The privacy they offer here is truly unmatched and the staff are so attentive to our needs. The food was also amazing and so were the drinks! They even accommodated my kids who wanted to have another bed in the living room prior to our stay. The transfer from the airport was also so great, and the staff here are truly so friendly. There was also a very cute cat that hung out with us on our deck. They have a variety of complimentary activities for us to indulge in and private dining in our villa! A truly unique experience that I’d definitely come back for. Highly recommended for a private retreat!

English version: This place is a hidden gem! Due to a minor mix-up, we had to change our arrival airport from Savusavu to Labasa at very short notice. Despite this, they quickly arranged for a driver to meet us at the new airport – an impressive display of flexibility. When we finally arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the breathtaking view that greeted us. The spectacular scenery, warm smiles, and refreshing welcome drinks set the tone for our stay. Every detail here is thoughtfully taken care of. The food is delightful and can be enjoyed either in your villa or in the cozy communal area, always accompanied by the stunning views. The staff’s attentiveness and friendliness truly make a difference – they have a way of making you feel at home while being completely pampered. The variety of complimentary activities is a huge plus, and we highly recommend trying as many as you can – it’s a fantastic way to make the most of your time here. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to couples or groups of friends looking for an intimate, idyllic retreat where everyone can enjoy their own private oasis. Danish version: Dette sted er en skjult perle! På grund af en mindre misforståelse blev vi nødt til at ændre vores ankomst fra Savusavu til Labasa med meget kort varsel. Til trods for dette sørgede de hurtigt for en chauffør, der ventede på os ved den nye ankomstlufthavn – en imponerende fleksibilitet. Da vi endelig nåede frem, blev vi fuldstændig overvældede af det smukke syn, der mødte os. Den spektakulære udsigt, varme velkomst med smil og forfriskende drinks satte tonen for vores ophold. Oplevelsen her er gennemført i alle detaljer. Maden er en fornøjelse, og den kan nydes både i ens villa eller i det hyggelige fællesområde, alt sammen med samme imponerende udsigt. Personalets opmærksomhed og venlighed gør virkelig en forskel – de har en evne til at få dig til at føle dig hjemme og samtidig forkælet. De mange gratis aktiviteter er en kæmpe bonus, og vi anbefaler, at man prøver så mange som muligt – det er en fantastisk måde at få mest muligt ud af stedet. Vi vil varmt anbefale dette sted til både par og grupper af venner, der leder efter et intimt, idyllisk retreat, hvor alle kan finde ro og nyde hver deres private oase.
