The hotel was very clean, with daily room service, a free safe, and complimentary fridge items. The snack bar served fresh food, there were plenty of sun loungers with parasols, and a handy shop right outside. Unfortunately, the pool was freezing, and while the younger staff were helpful and efficient, some older staff members were quite rude. We also had issues with the transfer booked through EasyJet—there weren’t enough seats on the coach, so my partner had to sit awkwardly in the aisle. Worst of all, I got food poisoning on the second night, likely from the turkey, which ruined the rest of the trip. The manager was dismissive and offered no help when we raised the issue. Since we hadn't eaten outside the hotel, it was very disappointing. I would not expect this from a 4* hotel. Overall hotel was okay. From staying in numerous 3 and 4* hotels I would say this hotel is more 3*.
