A little gem in the heart of Valletta, perfectly positioned for sightseeing and relaxing. Tony and his team cannot do enough for you. Smiles from all the team whatever their role. Beds are extremely comfortable and water replenished every day and an early evening knock asking if anything is needed. Staff are knowledgeable about the local area, events and restaurants. They are happy to make bookings on your behalf. Drinks on arrival and an escorted tour of the hotel. The underground spa which is booked for your private use is wonderful as is the rooftop pool and relaxing area. A wonderful 4 night stay. Will definitely recommend 😊

임시다 여행을 계획 중이라면 2023년도에 오픈한 워렌 컬렉션의 파크 헤이츠 예약으로 특별한 추억을 만드실 수 있습니다.호텔은 루카공항에서 단, 8km 정도로 비교적 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 주변에 어퍼 바라카 정원, The Valletta Waterfront, 성 안젤로 요새 등 유명 관광지들이 많이 있어 특별한 여행을 즐기실 수 있습니다.바쁜 일정 후에는 호텔에서 휴식을 취하거나, 주변 명소들을 둘러보실 수 있습니다. 호텔에서는 주차 공간을 제공합니다.

I loved staying at Inhawi hostel because the place was very clean, colorful, big and cozy. The staff was amazing as well, always happy to help. Staying at the hostel comes with free wifi and free breakfast, which is very nice. There is plenty of food to choose from. You can also have the option to pick a box and fill it with food bought in the supermarket. Very useful if you want to make your own lunch or dinner. One thing I'll definitely remember are the blanket forts everyone made from their beds during my stay. I thought it was funny.

왜 별점은 1개가 최저점일까요? 저는 이 호텔에 0점도 주기 아깝습니다. 우선 도보로 이 호텔을 이용하기에는 입구까지 걸어가기가 꽤 힘듭니다. 차도에다가 내리막이어서 다소 위험합니다. 웰컴드링크 받을때까지는 만족하고 있었는데 객실을 배정받고 방에 들어서자마자 경악을 금치않을 수 없었습니다. 이 방의 상태는 과연 이 호텔이 몇년도에 지어졌길래 이렇게 낡았을까? 하는 의문이 들게 만들었습니다. 저는 클래식룸을 예약하였는데 방이 반지하(half basement view)였습니다. 그들은 가든뷰라 하지만 말그대로 반지하와 다를게 없었습니다. 세계 여러나라의 여러호텔을 다녀본 저로서는 아무리 최저등급 객실이라도 이정도 돈을 들였으면 기대하는 기본수준이 있는데, 이건 5만원짜리 모텔보다 못했습니다. 카드키를 꽂았는데도 불이 켜지지 않아 온갖 스위치를 눌러봐도 불이 들어오지 않아 프론트에 연락했고, maintenance 직원이 도착해 불을 켰습니다. 알고보니 객실 구석에 배치된 스탠드들의 개별적인 똑딱이 스위치를 일일이 눌렀어야하는 것이었습니다. 그 직원은 겨우 이런일로 왜 자신을 오라가라 하냐는듯 ”what's the problem?”이라는 질문을 제 얼굴에 세번 하고서 돌아갔습니다. 너무 깜짝놀라고 분해 프론트에 가서 같은 등급의 다른 객실로 변경해줄것을 요청하였고 프론트직원은 세개의 다른 방을 보여주겠으니 선택하라 하였습니다. 첫번째방은 이전에 배정받았던 방과 동일한 반지하뷰였고, 두번째방은 지하에다가 창밖은 답답한 벽이 가로막고 있었으며 음식냄새가 진동하였습니다. 세번째방은 두번째방과 같은 뷰였지만 음식냄새가 덜해 세번째방을 선택하였습니다. 정말 이 세 방중에 골라야하냐고, 클래식룸원래 뷰가 없냐고 프론트직원에게 물으니 그렇다고 대답하였습니다. 더이상 할 말이없어 마지막 방을 선택하였습니다. 하지만 그 방은 다른 문제가 많았습니다. 마실물이 없었고, 냉장고는 꺼져있었으며 변기 커버가 고장나 제멋대로 움직이고 있었습니다. 그걸 발견한 시간이 22시 45분이었습니다. 화를 꾹 참으며 프론트에 변기가 고장났다고 얘기하니 직원이 와서 고쳐줬습니다. 아래 사진이 고장난 변기 사진입니다. 이 호텔에대한 후기를 남기고싶어 트립어드바이저에 가입하였습니다. 부디 현명한 선택 하시길 바랍니다.

The Embassy Hotel in Valletta is quite simply SUPERB. The employees, to a person, are absolutely fantastic. It was a genuine pleasure to be a guest. Room great. Pool great. Food great. Staff are better than you’ll find anywhere in the world.

Great service-clean hotel This is the first review I have written for a hotel The hotel was great !the reason I am writing this review is because of the hotel staff. This was an first visit to Malta and with their help.suggestion and gudisncs we had a great experience. Our room was quite opacious and enough storage for a phot stay.It was another clean .Breakfast was excellent If returning to Malta ,we will stay at The window hotel again!

Posizione impeccabile con un rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Mi è piaciuta la disponibilità del personale che, tra le altre cose, ci ha offerto un upgrade gratuito della stanza a causa di un disguido in quella a noi originariamente assegnata (senza che lo avessimo richiesto). Servizio di deposito bagagli gratuito il giorno della partenza per poter girare in libertà anche dopo il check-out. Check-in anticipato così da poter portare in camera le nostre cose appena arrivati. L'unica cosa che non ho apprezzato a pieno è l'organizzazione della colazione. Di per sè il concept è bello, colazione tipica maltese servita sul tetto. Purtroppo, in assenza di chiusure, si dipende troppo dal meteo, infatti, i primi 2 giorni del nostro soggiorno, il meteo era uggioso e ventoso, quindi non ci siamo goduti a pieno né il cibo né la vista (abbiamo mangiato di fretta, cose tiepide o fredde). In secondo luogo lo spazio disponibile non è adeguato, a mio modo di vedere, per gestire un buffet. Suggerirei di togliere il buffet e richiedere agli ospiti di compilare ogni sera una lista di ciò che vogliono per il giorno dopo, indicando l'orario indicativo di arrivo a colazione in maniera tale che al proprio tavolo si trovi già tutto pronto e caldo senza bisogno di alzarsi ed intralciarsi con gli altri, creando imbarazzo. Ho visto applicare questa modalità con successo in un BestWestern 4* in Italia.
