Great location just on edge of village so very quiet but easy to get to restaurants supermarket . Reception person very friendly and welcoming, breakfast staff also very friendly and quick to ensure you’re satisfied offering more coffee etc. Court yard and terrace great to chill. Large room Good shower and bathroom. Ample plug points. Brilliant continental breakfast with wide range of meats cheeses bread pastries yoghurt etc of (no hot food) Noisy neighbours clunking about due to design of building. You can here water running and toilet flushing. Also noise from staff preparing breakfast etc - ideally wear earplugs if you’re a light sleeper . Don’t let this put you off though the positives outweigh this.

A great base for a walking holiday. The staff running the hotel are very friendly. Rooms are adequate with comfortable beds. Our room facing the inner courtyard was rather dark with a downstairs sitting area and bathroom. Bedroom was accessed by climbing a spiral staircase. If anyone has mobility issues I would request not to be allocated one of these rooms. There are other courtyard facing rooms with the bed downstairs. Rooms facing the front do have some traffic noise so worth bearing in mind if you are sensitive to this. The hotel only provides breakfast but there are at least 2 good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Valhermosso is a superb base for a walking holiday if you don’t have a car. There are buses and taxis in the village. To summarise I would say this hotel is fine for short stays when on a walking holiday.

Stayed at this hotel, located in Vallehermos, for two nights whilst exploring La Gomera. Large (free) carpark nearby. Check-in was done via a note left for me at the hotel (which I’ve found normal for the Canaries), and then the formalities completed the morning. The room was compact but adequate, traditional architecture so very little window, but this kept the room cool in hot weather even without aircon. Reasonable bed, good Wi-Fi, variable shower, noisy fridge. Breakfast was excellent with a nice selection of good quality options to choose from. Finding somewhere to eat at night in Vallehermoso was more difficult as the few restaurants seem to close rather early at the weekend. The hotel makes a useful base for exploring the North and West coasts and Garajonay national park in the centre of La Gomera

Basic rooms but very comfortable beds and a great location. Clean, lovely staff, good breakfast and coffee provided in the morning. Service was defect Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again if visiting Vallehermoso.

Amabilidad, compromiso de una buena estancia, limpieza, la experiencia ha sido súper tanto el personal como el lugar, fácil localización proximidad de un gran parking y aparcar sin problema a cualquier hora han sido un verdadero placer la isla un encanto!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön hergerichtet. Sehr geschmackvoll und zeitgemäß mit dem alten Bestand kombiniert. Das Badezimmer ist angenehm groß, auch das Schlafzimmer. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und abwechslungsreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
