We loved our three nights at Le Muuch and found it to be a great base, both for exploring the small city of Valladolid itself, and for trips to the amazing archaeological sites of Chichén Itzá and Ek Balam. The hotel has just 21 rooms and our junior suite was beautifully decorated with tea and coffee making facilities, a mini bar and a sweet lttle balcony. The Kuxub restaurant offers a great breakfast as well as a fab selection of lunch and dinner choices. In addition to the air conditioned dining room there are plenty of little al fresco dining spots, two roof terraces and two small but lovely pools as well as a rear garden area.

Beautiful hotel in a very good location to enjoy central Valladolid. We used it as a base to get an early start to Chichen Itza & it was ideal, if not a little more expensive than some local hotels. Maybe this was because we booked a deluxe room. The room had a very small balcony overlooking the bar area so could be noisy on a night & in the morning. It was a good size but we felt the bathroom was small & we didn’t have enough hangers for clothes. It was also very dark. Service was excellent although they had a strange policy regarding taking out towels for the cenotes & we had to leave a driving licence as ‘security’. Breakfast was lovely, again with good service which also extended to the bar. We didn’t really use the pool although did sun bathe a little in between trips & a heavy rain storm. External areas are beautiful. Overall I guess we were satisfied with our choice of hotel in Valladolid. .

Lovely place with two pools, in-house restaurant and bar, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good - generous and imaginative options, even for vegetarians. Not so on the all-day menu unfortunately, only veggie option is a pizza so not really what you look for on a trip to Mexico! It was my first time in Valladolid so I wasn't conscious of the best location, and would say that although this is only 10 mins from the main square, the walk is along a busy road and quite polluted and unpleasant. However I do feel the hotel is priced very competitively so it feels location is reflected there.

Le Muuch Hotel was such a fantastic reset after an awful start in Cancun. We instantly fell in love with the place and the staff was so nice and friendly. We had some issues with the lock on our door and they immediately fixed it. The breakfast is really incredible and the pool was a delight. We loved walking around Valladolid and going to the cenote in town. If we had more time, we would have used this as a launching pad for more cenote travels but didn't have the time. I highly recommend using this place as your go to place to stay before and after visiting Chichen Itza. We thought we would stay in one of the little hotels very close by but am so glad that we just extended our stay at Le Muuch. The place and Valladolid was just what we needed to get our vacation back on track.

This hotel charged my credit card twice. First I paid when checking in. Later I saw from my bank statement that the amount had been charged twice. The hotel denies doing this in spite of being presented with evidence in the form of my bank statement. I will have to complain to my bank and credit card provider to get my money back. Apart from that: as many have pointed out, this hotel is incredibly noisy, both with barking dogs next door and the noise from the bar, every sound from the bar was clearly audible in my room, it was as if I was sitting in the bar. The hotel claims to have two pools. One of these, the outdoor one with hammocks and plants, is actually not a pool you can swim in, as it is only 80 cm. deep, so only a paddling pool or ornamental pond. It is also set in the middle of the restaurant with dining people right next to it, and no room to relax after swimminmg, which makes it awkward to swim there. Maybe for this reason I never saw anyone use it. Apart from the noise, the rooms and terraces are nice. I can obviously not recommend this hotel, as they tried to steal money from me.

We stayed 2 nights in this lovely hotel as a convenient base for exploring Valladolid and other nearby attractions. The free nearby parking and the central location were key reasons for choosing this hotel. Our room was stylish and comfortable. The communal areas are very quiet and pretty. Breakfast was excellent and there is a nice bar and restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive. Aranza was particularly helpful with advice on tourism and travel arrangements.
