First, the good news: Antonio and Rosa were very helpful and informative. I got lots of tips about restaurants, how to get around, etc. Both of them were superb!
The bad news: make sure to request a room away from the street if you want to get a good night's sleep. This neighborhood is very noisy. I am thankful that I was able to change my room to a much quieter one after the first night.
Also, while I am speaking about noise: I don't know who designed the doors to the rooms, but you basically have to slam them in order to get them to close. So you hear constant slamming from people entering and exiting their rooms.
And now for my last criticism: the breakfast room is very small, and they require you to select a specific 30-minute time slot in which to eat.
I am not a morning person, and don't like to be rushed, especially when I am on vacation. This was a very disagreeable part of my stay at the hotel.
