Le Zitelle di Ron

I am so glad I found this charming and authentic inn in Valdobbiene for the first night of our Italian trip. The owners have created six special rooms around a private courtyard. The church across the way is visible and adds a true European touch. Spotlessly clean and breakfast is fantastic. Short walk to center of town. Excellent Prosecco they leave in each room!

We stayed 3 nights in the La Piazzeta room. This is a small property above the town approximately 2 Kim’s on a residential street leading to rural properties. We were here during harvest so it was not unusual to have tractors pulling trailers full of grapes on the road. The agritourismo is very well appointed with high quality linens, furnishings etc. each unit has a fridge ( complimentary bottle of Zitelle Prosecco) and excellent windows and shutters to block noise. There is a church directly across the street with a bell twice an hour, but not between 10:01 pm and 6:59 am. Breakfasts are served in the, private for guests, courtyard in good weather and are excellent. Eggs, meats, local cheeses, yoghurt, coffee/espresso etc. ladies serving are wonderful. Free parking in a secure lot, 150 metres away, with FOB gate lock or on the street closer by with limited space. No elevator and two floors in the main building. Ground floor apartments in the new building as well as two second floor units. We did not utilize the spa, but others did during our stay. Would have given five stars, but found the general atmosphere and communication cold. No one came and asked us how our stay was, what we were doing, did we need any advice. The manager did pre arrange a dinner reservation for us night 1, but we never made contact with her at the property even though she was there. Valdiobiadenne is a small quiet town, but there are some restaurants within a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Parking is no issue in free white line places. Recommend Secco Pizza (casual) and Villa Sandi (upscale) and Ristorante Salis (upscale, views, gourmet, reservations). The second two requires driving. Tips: The Prosecco vending machine is OK to say you have been there, limited parking, do not buy the overpriced and poor quality Prosecco and do go to the top for photos of the Cartizze Hill ( one of the best views available). Instead, buy your favourite DOCG Superiore Prosecco and park on the road near a walking trail that will have a log or bench overlooking the valley and enjoy!

Il B&B le Zitelle di Ron si trova in una frazioncina di Valdobbiadene. Proprio di fronte c è una chiesa le cui campane iniziano alle 7 del mattino a suonare per finire credo a mezzanotte quindi scordatevi di dormire fino alle 11… noi avevamo prenotato una camera ma siamo finiti in una casetta con bagno al piano di sotto ( scomodissima scala da scendere soprattutto di notte) e camera collocata al piano di sopra. Il tutto piccolino. C’erano anche delle cimici nere che si intrufolavano soprattutto al piano inferiore. Un piccolo armadio presente al piano superiore ma con un’anta non apribile in quanto toccante una mensola del letto. Il parcheggio interno può contenere solo due auto ma sono presenti altri parcheggi vicini. Il riassetto e cioè pulizia del bagno, rifacimento del letto, sostituzione asciugamani non viene fatto se non a pagamento oppure dopo due giorni e quindi se pernottate due notti vi tenete i vostri capelli per terra per due giorni oppure pagate altri 10 euro. La colazione è molto buona, la pulizia ( iniziale) ottima, ma per me le campane veramente sono state troppo. I nostri amici hanno dormito nel corpo principale ma il letto era quello dell’ospedale e hanno dormito malissimo. La loro camera venduta come suite era veramente brutta. Il tutto per 160/190 euro a notte, ma in zona si approfittano. Mal comune…comunque avevamo una bottiglia di prosecco in stanza (ma la offrono tutti) e c è anche una piccola spa che non abbiamo utilizzato.Gradito il bollitore e la caffettiera che abbiamo utilizzato.

L’accoglienza è stata impeccabile. Arredamento estremamente curato, anche nei piccoli particolari. Stanza molto grande, pulita. Omaggio (bottiglia di prosecco) graditissimo .Colazione abbondante e di loro produzione. Una piccola oasi di relax e spensieratezza. Bravi !Bravi!

Abbiamo avuto modo di soggiornare al B&B “Le zitelle di Ron” in occasione di un evento in zona, al quale abbiamo partecipato. Il nostro soggiorno qui, seppur breve, è stato una piacevole sorpresa! Accoglienza super! La struttura è molto bella, arredata con gusto, accogliente e molto curata nei particolari! Colazione abbondante e ricca, servizio impeccabile! Insomma, se vi capita di soggiorno a Valdobbiadene, consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui, voto 10 su tutti i fronti!

Accoglienza ottima. Abbiamo alloggiato nella suite, camera molto curata nei dettagli, bottiglia di benvenuto del prosecco di loro produzione, thé e caffè disponibili in camera. Super pulita e spazi molto grandi. Colazione buonissima, spremuta fresca, brioches, yogurt, torta fatta in casa, pane e marmellate fatte in casa. Ti senti a casa e super coccolato, sinceramente consiglio estremamente questo posto. Buona la posizione, dieci minuti a piedi dal centro di valdobbiadene. Questo posto è perfetto se volete soggiornare a valdobbiadene.
