The Landmark

I was overall satisfied with my stay at Landmark. Nice property, close to the slopes, albeit quite expensive. Elevators are a disaster and the property is noisy. They don’t provide daily housekeeping service which an expensive property like that should have. Only offer light housekeeping every other day. Trash builds up and there is nowhere to place it outside apartment. After we left, I saw a 250 Dollar charge to my Amex. My wife called today and they told her that it was a cleaning surcharge because it was deemed to be excessively dirty. They did not provide any proof of that, and I strongly object to it as I know we did not leave it excessively dirty. Checkout was at 10am which is also excessive, and they give no late checkouts. Finally, they quoted us DOUBLE (not exagera ting) the price for next year, for an already expensive property. And this did not only happen to us. We were at least 10 families from Panama staying there, and all my friends tell me same things happened to them. If you want to avoid a bad experience, avoid Landmark. We have had great experiences in Vail at Antlers, Ritz, Enzian, Hythe, Montañeros, and Arabelle, amongst others.

Very clean and updated property with three outdoor hot tubs and heated large swimming pool.... Staff was very nice..... About two blocks from the Eagle Bahn gondola. Several Good restaurants in immediate area... free bus stop nearby....

In general, definitely worth booking. Several small repairs were necessary, the heat did not work as well as it should and 2 out of 3 of the hot tubs were broken the entire week we were there. That having been said, a well appointed condo with an excellent location and friendlystaff. We enjoyed it very much.

Newly Renovated Unit in the Landmark with great Access to the Pool & Hot Tubs. The room had every Ammenity and Kitchen was fully stocked. New Beds and Linen which was also very comfortable.The room is also situated in an area where it's easy to get in and out of the hotel into the village which makes the stay more convenient.

Beautiful unit. Convenient location. Excellent housekeeping. Warm and responsive staff. A shout out in particular to Jorge at the front desk! We stayed in unit 605 which has a large balcony and sweeping views of the entire mountain. Management was immediately responsive when one or two minor issues arose (a light bulb went out,) WONDERFUL stay. We will return.

Great location and our two bed two bath with sleeper sofa was perfect for our family of 5. Gondola and every thing was walking distance. Kitchen was properly equipped. We enjoyed the perfect view of the slopes from our balcony. Daily cleaning of our unit was a plus.
