Excellent location and very good hotel and staff. Love to stay here.

Very friendly staff in service, reception and bar. Good cuisine, which is however closed on Sunday and Monday evenings. The room was clean and well furnished but dark and without the advertised mountain view but directly on a residential building. The beds were very comfortable though. The reserved and confirmed parking space was not available. In the vicinity there are only short-term parking spaces. The breakfast is very, very modest. The wine from the wine vending machine on the 1st floor not recommended. All in all a nice, clean 3 star hotel but way too expensive.

+ Panorama Room is nicely renovated, well decorated. High quality interior (eg nice bar cabinet, closet with good coat hangers…) + bed is excellent + size was good to stay with 2 adults + 2 kids (we stayed only one night) + hygiene is top, everything is super clean + staff is very helpful (guided us well to visit Como and find restaurants) + location is quite peaceful: not too touristic, charming square across the street. But not the ideal location if you want to experience Lake Como directly. It takes a 15min drive to get there (which is’t so far away, but I guess there are plenty of accommodations that are located at the lake itself) - bathroom not renovated - there is paking just near the hotel, but it’s a blue zone (free parking for 1 hour). Everything else is Payable We did not experience the restaurant but it looks like a fine option to eat, so that is definitely an added value

La chambre était plutôt standard tout en étant confortable, et le reste fut parfait. Et le repas dégustation du soir a été pour nous un grand moment de plaisir. Des mets parfaits, une sélection de vins tout aussi parfaite, et un service superbe, alliant gentillesse, compétence et professionnalisme, avec la touche de bonne humeur et de gentillesse du sud. Et l’accueil à la réception et au petit déjeuner nous a beaucoup plu également.

Ma la ragazza ha detto che non era disponibile prima delle 07:30. Sulla fattura aveva messo Signore anziché Signora. Proprio disinteressata e scocciata
