Premier Inn London Uxbridge

I t has been an horrible experience , food experience the worse ever. restaurant is the outside the hotel and it is dirty and no choise at all . dirty dishes and tables location near the highway bathroom very small no accessories for toilet smell not good in the room.

Premier Inn is good for a pre-flight stopover on the way to Heathrow. Plenty of parking space, clean rooms (though only one chair for two people), pleasant staff. Harvester is like something from the 80s and looks tired and a bit tatty.

My first impression of the place was a typical bare bones average no frills premier inn which is what I was expecting. But the beefeater restaurant attached to the premier inn was a whole different experience. The first thing to disappoint me was the attitude of the restaurant staff , I think I would have got a more friendly welcome in a funeral parlour. I was told in a very clinical way to wait at the front desk to be dealt with. Once I was in the area they wanted me to wait (to be clear the way you enter the restaurant from the room entrance it is not clear where you are supposed to be checked) Anyway I was approached by slovenly individual who had all the charm of a tin can ( and the dress code of one) who mumbled that certain drinks weren’t available and then directed me to a table where sometime later a waitress reluctantly took my order. The food that came can only be described as average (and that’s being kind) I thought maybe that was the worst of over with but I was mistaken. The breakfast in the very same place the next morning was even worse. The food was dire, mushrooms dry and barely edible, bacon so undercooked that if it still had legs it would be classed as livestock. All in all I very unpleasant experience. Luckily there were much better eating establishments at close hand so be warned and beware.

I stayed in many premier inn, but this on is the best one I have ever stayed! The staff is amazing, Matteo helped me with every request I had and suggested even a nice restaurant where I could get my dinner! I had breakfast in the morning and everything was perfect!

Really good hotel. Comfortable, convenient and great value. The only slight fly in the ointment was the WIFI which was awful, unless you upgraded, but when you tried to do it you couldn't. Normally, it wouldn't have been an issue, but the 4G signal was poor too. Still was fab apart from that.

Well it all started with the lovely lady at the reception who did an exceptional job by welcoming us with a lovely smile …. She introduced herself as Franca !!! The place is good value for money The rooms were clean ….. I have been in many hotels but never been welcome by staff so well. Thanks to Franca that my stay was well taken care of I would strongly recommend this place If you happen to visit the hotel ….. please ask for Franca This lady will make sure u have a pleasant stay You are a star Franca….. Thank you for the lovely stay …..

It was a very pleasant experience … the young lady franca at the reception was very kind and helpful….she also gave us a very warm welcome

Such a great location and plenty of parking… but it smells musty and damp. Smells from the corridors into the room… the windows do not open which limited airing out of the room. Surely the staff can smell it. My clothes smelt when I left. Really not great.
