OMG! I had a wonderful experience staying at Pegas! The rooms look just like the photos, the staff was super friendly and attentive and helpful in planning tours or transport for our day to day excursions. Ishmael, Selenya, & Selim were all a big help. The hotel was also a 5 min walk from Urgup city center filled with eateries and shops. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Cappadocia.

Excellent property - nice courtyard and centrally located. Staff was super helpful and arranged shuttles from and to the airport. They also were great in recommending local spots and booking activites (ATV, Green Tour and Turkish Bath).

My girlfriend and I got excellent hospitality from Pegas Cave Suites. We stayed for one week, and during our stay, we felt like we were at home. The breakfast was flawless, and they pay attention to altering the breakfast ingredients a little every day, breaking the routine. The staff, well, everyone in this hotel, is lovely and kind; their professional and helpful attitude made our stay exceptional! You can book your room from Pegas Cave without hesitation. I strongly recommend it to everyone who is considering visiting Cappadocia!

We stayed at Pegas Suit Cave Hotel for 9 wonderful nights. What an amazing hotel. We were greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout our stay. We booked the Honeymoon room. The room was fantastic, clean, modern with beautifully decorated interior. The room was big for Urgup town standards with nice jacuzzi in it. Traditional Turkish breakfast was great and delicious with at least 2-3 dishes varying daily. Big thanks to Timur for treating us warmly and answering all our needs and thanks to the staff of the hotel for making our stay wonderful! If we will come again to Urgup, Pegas Cave Suit hotel will our number 1 choice to stay again!

The hotel was very clean and employees were nice and helpful. We stayed in the 105th room and it was a fairly spacious room with a jacuzzi without a minus. It was definitely a hotel that felt even better than my house.If I come to Cappadocia again, I will stay at Pegas again.

Pésima experiencia El hotel no cuenta con un mantenimiento de sus instalaciones, la habitación tenía varios problemas, en primer lugar las luces que se ubicaban atrás del respaldo de la cama hacían corte circuito , esto nos generó molestias y fuimos donde el recepcionista a lo que nos responde que apaguemos la luz y mañana se ve , eso nos pareció poco profesional, insistimos bastante y trajeron a alguien a ver qué pasaba , revisando el problema , a la cama se le sale una pata y no logran arreglar lo que pasaba , al contrario se empeora más ya que nos quedamos sin luz en esa parte , la pata de la cama inestable y el respaldo mal ubicado . Decidimos con mi pareja usar el jacuzzi de la habitación, ya que fue un de las razones de arrendar en este lugar , y no funcionaba bien, las velocidades estaban pegadas , el botón no se movía y olía mal . Nos dio mucha rabia el tiempo perdido en todo esto y que la habitación tuviera tantos problemas de funcionamiento con el precio que valía . Hablamos con el personal y nos ofrecieron otra habitación para el otro día ya que estaba lleno en ese momento, a la mañana siguiente decidimos irnos ( nos quedaban dos noches más ) por todo lo vivido , ellos accedieron a devolvernos esas dos noches que no íbamos a utilizar y nos fuimos tranquilamente, confiando en su palabra. Era mentira , nos mintieron semanas , poniendo excusas que booking no enviaba la información, etc , llamábamos a booking una y otra vez con los requisitos que ellos nos pedían , hasta que nos dimos cuenta que era una estrategia del personal del hotel , no nos iban a devolver el dinero , nos estuvieron engañando desde ese día . Además en general las instalaciones malísimas, la terraza del techo no estaba habilitada como el fotografía, estaba sucia y con muebles viejos , no se podía usar , y en general los espacios comunes sucios . Lo único a destacar, las señoras del desayuno , un amor . No vaya e invierta su dinero en lugares mucho mejores .
