Thieves. They stole €155 euros from me. I am very sorry to be writing this review but I have to be honest and say what experience I had with this hotel. In the beginning of September I paid 155€ for a spa day + 2 hour spa treatment. I intended it as a gift for myself during my holiday. Today I was supposed to have the treatment however even though the appointment was at 11am and I left my bnb at 9:30, due to the BioSalus festival the buses were not serving the city centre and it was very confusing try and get the bus. I tried catching one but they just passed right in front of me without stopping. Turned out I was on the wrong temporary bus stop. In the meantime I tried calling a taxi but nobody replied. I explained the situation to Hotel Mamiani and asked for a refund. They just told me that I can use the amount I paid till next year or else gift it to a friend. I explained that I do not live in Italy so to use the voucher I have to pay a flight, accomodation and other expenses. Can you just understand that accidents happen?

We spent the weekend of August the 18th we bought a very good package that included the spa and massage. breakfast and dinner, my wife was very pleased with massage therapist lady. Monday the 21st at check-out i realized that i was. Charged for the small water bottles that the housekeeping stuck in room refrigerator. 2 euro each one. We thought were free. and the waitress. at dinner also charged my room by mistake. Check your final bill at check out, otherwise takes long time to have the money back to your account. like it happened to me. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was good, with a good variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. the restaurant menu is small but covers appetizer. And main course, some items like the steak have a few euros as extra copayment and for the dessert there is a better choice of pastry on breakfast buffets. the hotel is far from the village. but if you don't have a car the city bus services are very good.

Siamo stati con un gruppo di amici. Si tratta di un buon hotel ma alcune cose sono da migliorare. Quando siamo arrivati la receptionist ci parlava al di la del vetro mentre la signora delle pulizie passava l'aspirapolvere proprio li vicino. Nessuna delle due si è interrotta. Non proprio la migliore accoglienza. La struttura è in ottimo stato e dispone di un ampio parcheggio. E' situata ai bordi della città il centro si può raggiungere a piedi con percorso non sempre amico dei pedoni oppure con un comodo autobus con fermata a 100mt, ma attenzione il sabato pomeriggio la frequenza era di 40' circa. Stanza: ampia e luminosa ma mancano alcune cose quali cassaforte, ciabattine teli più grandi, in sintesi cose usuali in un 4 stelle. Colazione, ok per gentilezza del personale e per la scelta ampia, ma la qualità dei prodotti andrebbe migliorata. Ottima vista per chi ha la camera verso la campagna. Non abbiamo usufruito di altri servizi.

A circa 2,5 km dal centro questo hotel offre dei servizi efficienti anche se la struttura nella parte camere è un po’ datata. I materassi sono comodi. Pulito ed ordinato. Colazione internazionale buona. Servizio SPA, a pagamento, merita una visita: per 2 ore il pacchetto è 30€, ovviamente esistono altre forme per usufruire i servizi di benessere

Devo dare due giudizi : Hotel : camere ben arredate .. spaziose .. letto king size ( unico neo F vetri non oscurati e alzando una tendina oscurante sei alla vista delle case davanti ..!!) .. location a 6 minuti di auto Dal centro .. reception professionale ma cordialità e serenità soprattutto nella signora bionda che ci ha accolto e nella ragazza delle colazioni ( nella media i pezzi dolci ..) Spa: accappatoio di carta vetrata e bucato … ( non quello di altri ospiti ..!!) ; poi non puoi far accedere 10 clienti e lettini x rilassarsi solo x sei e la ragazza con modo abbastanza “ deciso “ e “ severo” ti indica un puffo e una poltrona … inoltre come in tutte le Spa l’ambiente dovrebbe essere caldo .. insomma da rivedere …
