Garden Suites are very nice new suites which have 4 stars category. Buildings are very nice modern objects and in each building are approx 4-6 suites with view on sea or park. Our suite did have living room with sofa which is OK option for 2 kids and bedroom which was very comfort and big terrace. Also bathroom is very spacious and modern and this suites are in my opinion better option then hotel. On one side you have privacy and much more space then in hotel,but on another side you can use all amenities of hotel (food,wellness,...) Everything is very clean and staff is friendly. Food in hotel is not something special,but you will always find variety of food for breakfast or dinner.Also some beverages are free of charge by dinner (local wine,bear,juice,water,...). Resort has also big parking,bicycle storage and near the resort you have a lot options for sports (tennis,football,volleyball,...). In my opinion are this suites at this moment one of best options for perfect holidays in Umag.

From the first minute disaster and overrated. At first there was no parking at all but come on. And then the biggest disappointment: the floors in Garden Suite Villa No. 637 were not cleaned, washed and we were with a small child crawling. Terrible, when the reception is called no one answers the call, it is very difficult to establish communication with the reception. In front of the villa two anthills, ants everywhere but everywhere all the time. The cleaning lady didn't come one day without any explanation why (she said we were inside and she didn't want to bother - then you ask the guests when it's okay to come and clean and not come at all). The last day a huge mirror fell from the front door, luckily it didn't fall on a child crawling nearby, without any excuses from the hotel and anyone.Beach and pool disaster, and about the queue for food not to mention 🤣 For some college excursion it's fine, for some premium service we expected given the price ( I have experience with premium services because I paid for them and I know what I'm talking about) unfortunately not. Hopefully I helped someone.

Das Zimmer (EG mit Terrasse) war sehr schön und die Anlage machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Der unlängst eröffnete Punta Pool ist perfekt, wenn man mit Kinder seinen Urlaub verbringt mit ausreichender Anzahl an Liegen und ein paar Cabanas, bei denen man aber sehr schnell sein muss, da diese gratis sind und auch hier leider - wie sooft - der Handtuchreserviertourismus Einzug hält. In diesem Bereich gibt es sowohl einen Indoorspielplatz (Kinderküche, Bällebad, Bastelecke, Klettermöglichkeiten, Air Hockey, Playstation, etc…) mit Kinderbetreuung und gemütlichen Sitzsäcken und Sitzecken direkt außerhalb, als auch einen umfangreichen Outdoorspielplatz mit kleiner Arena und Animationsprogrammen. Darüber hinaus ein sonnengeschütztes Babybecken, einen Spraypark, einen Wasserspielturm mit mehreren Rutschen und ein tieferes Becken mit Liegemöglichkeit im Wasser. Parkplätze sind auch ausreichend vorhanden (1€ pro Tag für Standardparkplätze, 5€ pro Tag für überdachte Parkplätze). Der Check-in dauerte recht lange, aber das Personal war stets sehr bemüht und freundlich. Frühstück war OK, aber die Räumlichkeit sehr laut - das Fitnessstudio äußerst klein. Die Musik aus dem nahe gelegenen Luna Park konnte man zwar bis 23 Uhr vernehmen (gibt ein Abkommen zwischen Luna Park und dem Hotel, dass ab 23 Uhr die Lautstärke reduziert wird), war aber nicht sonderbar störend. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Wille hotelowe położone w ładnym, zadbanym ogrodzie. Nowoczesne, przestronne pokoje, odpowiedniej wielkości łazienka. Pokoje dobrze wyposażone, nowoczesne meble, liczne szafy w zabudowach, wszystko na wysokim poziomie. Wygodne materace w łóżkach. Spory taras z leżakami oraz stolikiem i krzesłami. Codzienne dokładne sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników i uzupełnianie kosmetyków hotelowych. Bezpośrednio z terenu hotelu wyjście nad morze i plaże - zarówno kamieniste, betonowe jak i dwie piaszczyste. Restauracja w budynku głównym hotelu Umag, posiłki bardzo dobrej jakości, duży wybór i różnorodne. Wygodne krzesła w salach restauracyjnych i ładny widok na morze. Przed hotelem niewielki basen, jest też basen wewnętrzny, ale tutaj minus - zimna woda. Parking przy samym hotelu. Pobyt uważam za udany.
