더 반자란 핫스프링스 리트리트(The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat)

I booked this hotel despite its price and location because I want to experience something different. Indeed it didn’t fail to wow me the moment I stepped in. This resort is very exclusive. The room is huge and it has a private hot spring tub and a mini pool. Exploring the resort is like a mini excursion which you get to see a crystal cave , cave cafe and cave restaurant. There is a Dr fish pond and an outdoor hotspring pool. There are also natural saunas and a cold water pond. You get free access to the Lost World of Tambun Theme Park but avoid Tuesdays cos the park is closed. I would stay here again the next time I visit Ipoh. We also love the Ala carte breakfast buffet which serves international breakfast. The local cuisines were so yummy. Staff are very polite and helpful. Well done Sunway!

My 2nd stay is even better than the 1st stay. The staff went all out to make our stay special with little gifts - eg. The Banjaran cap with our names embroidered on it was a nice touch. Service is excellent as usual.

Unique hotel with thermal pool, caves and beautiful surroundings. Service was top notch from the team. Room was spacious, comes with private dipping pool and thermal pool. Bed was huge and comfy. Thanks for the birthday surprise decor set up and cake too. Couldnt ask for more. Unfortunately, mosquitos are wild there even with mosquito repellent, just be generous. And also we found a cockroach in the shower area. Otherwise overall a good experience and joyful stay.

Best place for rejuvenation and recharge from the city life!

It’s the first time we've come here and the experience was simply awesome! We reached the resort at 2am and the front desk was already waiting for our arrival. Upon check-in, he has already prepared sandwiches for us in case we were hungry. The environment of the villa area is very good and impressive, breakfast was good and all is through ala-carte order. They have a good spread and food was just amazingly tasty. All the hotel staffs was just outstanding, the room were great and clean as per picture. Facilities was superb! They have hotspring in the room as well as the public area. Facilities was great, the yoga instructor was amazing too! Overall this is the best Hotel we've stayed in Peninsula Malaysia! We will definitely come back if we need to have a romantic getaway. Thank you Banjaran Hotspring!

I wasimpressed with the overall experience. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional. From the moment I checked in until the moment I left, the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The front desk staff was particularly friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer any questions I had and were able to accommodate any requests I made. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping my room clean and making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The hotel amenities were also impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the pool area was clean and well-maintained. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals and had a great selection of drinks. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at [hotel name]. The exceptional service provided by the staff made my stay unforgettable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Went there last mont, it’s my uncles birthday month and when we came back from our dinner, surprisingly they manage to decorate the bed and the cake are just so good ! What an awesome service. Beside, the food are scrumptious although it’s a little pricy, but overall worth it! I’ll definitely come back !!!

One of Malaysian best hotel. Jeff cellar was amazing. Price is expensive but worthy .
