Very good service. Immediate response to requirement. Very polite and responsive staff. Clean and neat room. Hotel had good food as well. Room was very spacious. Had a great time with family. Enjoyed my stay here. I shalll come again heree.

Excellent service.. Kartavya the executive ***ager was very polite and courteous .all was fine will revisit again . Trip was fine . Kirti was very good. Smiling faces made us comfortable. Food was good.. clean rooms . Very near to Mahakal ***dir around 1 km .

It is very nice and excellent place to stay I really enjoy my trip in this hote All the staff are very polite and helpful ready to help any time specially Irfan Mohit and Kirti Here is the restaurant also where the food is very tasty It's close the temple

The hotel is good and food is also delicious😋. I came here yesterday and enjoyed here. Lot of fun and there is a pool at 4 th floor and thats very good. I took sunbath. Staff is very supportive and bell boy behavior is so good name faizan and reception staff is also good name Irfan ji, kirti ji ..

A well maintained Hotel with neat and clean rooms & Washrooms. The hotel staff is accommodative of your comfort during the stay. The front staff - Keerti & Irfan are very courteous and helped resolve the small hiccups during our within minutes. The location of the hotel is quite near to Mahakal corridor, Jyotirling & Harsiddhi shaktipeeth and only 7-8minutes from Ujjain Railway Station. The restaurant here also serves good quality & fresh food with reasonable rates. Highly recommended.

Staff service are good & food quality also are excellent.. location was very good and the front office Staff are very helpful specially miss Kirti and Irfan The food was also good and tasty It's very close to the Mahakaleshwar temple and railway station

It was the worst hotel experience so far . Bathroom floor are slippery and extremely hazardous, Hot water was not working for shower .Rooms are not fresh ,at least where we have stayed . The fittings of the hotel are rusty and giving us a sign of poor maintenance every where .

Hotel is very conveniently located for temple visit any time of the day. Autos are always available outside the hotel even at 2 am. Hotel staff is very helpful in meeting your needs but the bathroom and in room service needs improvement. WiFi service is patchy.

The overall service was good and the staff was courteous especially kartavya was very helpful and paridhi was also supportive.Rooms were clean and I would recommend this hotel for stay out of all the available ones in Ujjain
