Good budget friendly hotel for night stay. Not for long stay. Rooms are good but not clean and maintain. Okay for solo travelers and business visit. Not for couples and families.

I had booked the hotel for 1 night as i was passing by and had planned to visit mahakal temple. I found it great value for money. Hotel staff was prompt, room were properly cleaned and hygienic. Mr raj rathod who is the owner took the time to show me the new luxury wing of the hotel, which i must say is great, it had all the modern amenities and great service. He also arranged for a full-day auto to visit all the major temples and historical places in ujjain. I will highly recommend it to everyone who plans to visit ujjain to book the hotel.
