잼 호텔 브뤼셀(Jam Brussels)

The hotel looks like a hostel in many places. The rooms are really small, I could just about put my suitcase on the floor. The lift also looks in need of an overhaul. I booked the breakfast, it's okay, but nothing special. The service is generally inadequate. I had an emergency one night and asked the reception staff for help. They didn't care at first and wanted to send me away again. After I complained, they at least gave me an address. That's not something you want when you need help in a foreign country. I definitely won't be staying there again.

Not as advertised, at all. Pool was cloudy and dirty, also shouldnt be considered a pool. Elevators are scary, claustrophobic and horrible...IF they work. No air conditioning, they provided a desk fan to help with the 90 degree temps. The way the hotel is made causes large quantities of dust and dirt to fall from the ceilings while you sleep. Curtains were stainded and moldy. The bed covers are a burlap material as well as the throw pillows, which is probably the worst feeling fabric on earth. If you sleep w the windows open the bars across the street stay open unitl 3am with the service on the sidewalk. If that doesnt keep you awake the constant tram running all night, will definitely fix that. Or the urine smell that slides in through the breeze while you TRY to sleep. The area outside is dirty and honestly very unsafe. Some of the best shopping not too far away, however, you have to walk through some stuff before you get to that section. Midi train station is dirtier than new jerseys penn station, also cost 15 euro via cab. Costs 50 euro for a cab to the airport. We booked this stay for 10 days. If you want to stay in a hostel type setting or if you are in your 20s w no children, you may like the cool lamps (thats amenities)

A quirky hotel that was perfect for our short stay in the city. Well placed - not far from the Eurostar terminal or the city centre. Easily accessible by tram or bus. Lovely room - perfect for a family. Pool was great fun. Surrounded by trendy coffee shops and an amazing bakery. Would definitely return.

No parking a d that was a big issue. Reception needs to be more warmth and freindliness.

Hotel looks amazing however on night two we woke up with bug bites all over our body. We informed the hotel staff and they were willing to swap our rooms out and gave us trash bags to go to the laundry mat (no laundry service provided and we had to pay for it). When we go to inspect the other room bedding had hair all over it and makeup. Bed was just made and floor was disgusting. We picked up and just ended our trip early. On the way home my friends had a severe reaction to the bug bites that ended with us spending the night in the hospital. We are on 12 hours of deep cleaning and still waiting on my car to get detailed. Hotel did refund us the entire stay but this hotel is complete trash.

It was simple, not super fancy, but very cool urban chic style. Great service, and accomodation. Woul like if the bar had more food options.

3 nights in November. Snow outside but was warm in room. Comfy clean bed. Bathroom good. Some noise from neighbouring rooms on the Saturday night. Lots of cafes nearby if you don’t go for hotel breakfast. Easy walk to tramlines into town or totally walkable to Louise area. Nice rooftop bar. Good views. Swimming pool more of an outdoor hot tub and too cold without dressing gowns, etc Sauna is not part of hotel facilities - need to pay extra

Original property with a good vibe. The corridors are a bit narrow and dark; and the reception area is a bit small. But the staff is nice, the restaurant original and trendy, the room comfortable even if with an industrial look. The bathroom is a bit simple (small, shower curtain, old school look..), but still comfortable to use and clean. I was not able to see the terrace and the pool as it was closed because of repairs in the staircase (and because it was in November I guess). It was easy to access the fitness gym in the neighborhood. Very cool hotel overall.

We had a great stay for 2 nights. Room was clean, well looked after and comfortable. Location was good.
