New quartz counters, sink, backsplash and cabinets by one of the area's top kitchen designers. Here’s what you’ll love about our space: Entire Home, No Shared Walls: This isn’t a condo; you’ll have the entire house to yourself—space, privacy, and comfort. Locally Managed by Us, the Owners: We take great pride in caring for our home and ensuring you have everything you need. No middleman—just us making sure your stay is perfect. Fresh, Modern Furnishings: Enjoy brand new, professionally designed living and dining furniture to make your stay extra cozy. We do not allow large events with guests not staying at our property, per City of Tybee Island vacation rental rules. Let us know if you have any questions! Entertainment for All: A brand new 75” Vizio TV, Xbox One with lots of games, and an Atari Retro Game Console with 120 classic games—there’s something for everyone. New Appliances: We just installed brand new appliances in December 2023, making cooking and relaxing a breeze. Beach Gear Provided: We’ve got you covered with brand-new beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and four beach trolleys—everything you need for fun in the sun. Gourmet Kitchen: The spacious kitchen features gorgeous new countertops and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. Modern bathrooms and comfy beds make for a perfect stay. Entertainment Options Galore: Over 100 first-run DVDs for cozy movie nights, plus a collection of classic games on the Atari Retro Console—fun for kids and adults alike. Relaxing Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy an open rocking chair porch at the front and a large, screened-in porch facing east—perfect for a peaceful morning coffee or an evening sunset.
