The property is spread over a single level, making it the perfect place for families with young children or elderly relatives. Three bedrooms and a central lounge and kitchen space give you plenty of room to spend time together, as well as enough space to get your privacy when you need it. You’ll have no trouble with parking as the property has lots of on-site parking space on the driveway. The property includes reliable wifi throughout, so you’ll be able to stream or work to your heart’s content! There is on site laundry! ☆You must be 25+ to book ☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation ☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation ☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $100. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message! Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.
