Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

We just got back from a week at Numa bay exclusive hotel . We had a great week the hotel has everything you could want for a family holiday . Pool and slides were all really clean and kids loved the slides splash area which is really safe . The restaurants where all lovely we eat at all of them during our stay and was really impressed we was never hungry. My son loved the ice hot chocolate from the patisserie and free ice lolly’s which are located around the hotel during the day . Room was spacious and cleaned everyday . The beach area and beach bar area is beautiful our favourite place to chill with a cocktail (they are all made fresh in front of you and are really good ) Ali baba do delicious freshly cooked pizza which was lovely and there was fresh kebabs on our last day made in front of you . The kids loved the park area and the grounds of the hotel are really nice. This is a perfect hotel for a family we never spent a penny on eating out or drinking out as the hotel had everything you could want. We went on a boat trip the big kral which was good day out .Dean from guest relations was really friendly always come to see us and chatted to us also was really informative on where to go to book our boat trip and always made an effort to chat to the kids. We would definitely come back to this hotel it really made our stay in beautiful Alanya !

Overall, we had a great week away at Numa Bay Exclusive but we did have quite a few issues along the way. 10 of us (6 adults, 4 children aged 4-9) came away to Numa Bay 28th oct-4th Nov 2024. We booked 2 family rooms and 1 superior room. We booked our airport transfers separately through Airport Taxi Transfers, paying €149 return for a private minibus, which was considerably cheaper than On the Beaches prices. We were very impressed with the transfer, being efficiently picked up in a modern minibus with a TV which had access to YouTube videos. The only issue is we did order 3 car seats which weren't passed over on the booking form, so the kids had to manage with the minibus lap belts. The journey took 1 hr 50 min which included a 15 minute stop. On arrival to the hotel at 11pm we were given our room keys and entered our rooms to find out we had been given the wrong rooms. Rather than the 2 family rooms we booked which have 2 separate sleeping areas (a bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge), we had been given 2 standard rooms, to which one only had 3 beds in a single space and the other 3 beds and a camp bed in a single space. We returned to reception to question the rooms to find out the room allocation on their system was wrong. We were then told the hotel was full and they couldn't do anything till tomorrow. We explained that wasn't acceptable as we didn't even have enough beds. We then managed to speak to the manager on the phone who 'miraculously' found a family room we could have and an upgraded standard swim up room (which has a mezanine area for 2 kids to sleep up top). This room gave some of us an upgrade to eat in the a la carte restaurant every evening if we wanted to. We asked for the 4th sofa bed to be set up and bedding provided in the family room, but unfortunately this took over an hour with very tired kids. On returning to reception multiple times that night, I spoke to 3 other families who also had been given the wrong rooms, so I do wonder whether there had been an issue with their booking system. Our family room (1602) was good and a decent size. It was on the land corner side of the building and the balcony was massive wrapping around the entire 2 sides of the room. I had expected the bedroom to be enclosed off to the lounge area, however there was a random 3ft gap between the 2 rooms despite there also being a door the other end. The facilities in the room were good, towels being replaced everyday. The beds were very comfy and aircon was great to have. The safe didn't work initially. Unfortunately it took 2 days and 4 mentions to staff to fix it/replace the batteries. The hair conditioner wasn't great so I would recommend bringing your own. The shower surface was also super slippery and no bath mats provided. We ended up just putting a towel on the floor of the shower to save the kids from slipping. Very clean pools Beautiful beach and a variety of Turkish food for your selection. There are some friendly English speaking staff to help you throughout the stay. thank you Dean for all the information provided and bookings done for me. A very pleasant stay here and I recommend to everyone.

Myself and my boyfriend visited this hotel and stayed for 10 nights in October. From start to finish the staff could not of been more welcoming, they always had a friendly face to greet us with and always went the extra mile. Dean at guest relations was amazing with anything we needed help with, and made us at ease, especially about being in a different country. The Halloween party that the hotel threw was extraordinary. The attention to detail was far above average, making it an amazing night. The hotel was spotless, the food was amazing with a variety each night, including around the clock snack bars! Definitely recommend this hotel, whether it be for young families or couples. Amazing stay, and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday !!

1st family holiday in Turkey for a long time. We arrived early morning to 24hr check in and an upgraded room (Duplex swim up). Room: Absolutely brilliant! Plenty of room with good facilities and direct access to a semi private pool. Complex: The complex has direct access to the beach with plenty of pools with a couple being heated, at any point of the day we was able to get sun loungers with parasols. Kids pool is ideal with a few small slides and 40cm depth. The complex has 3 A la Carte restaurants which we had the luxury to try all 3 which are all amazing. The main restaurant and snack bars a fantastic and fresh waffles daily is a must! Overall the food is fantastic! Numa Bay Exclusive sits directly across the main gate for lots of shopping and bars down the street for sport. Staff and cleanliness: Just WOW the hotel is super clean all the time! Let's get onto the Staff, the staff are absolutely fantastic and unsung hero's of this complex, company and to the turkish all inclusive experience. Absolutely nothing is difficult for them and so helpful. Always smiling, extremely hard working and will do anything to give you the best holiday. A massive and personal THANK YOU to them all they are all equally brilliant and make a perfect team. 100% will be coming back we are already pricing up our next holiday here.

Just returned from an amazing week in Numa Bay. Absolutely beautiful hotel. Food was outstanding, never experienced Guinness at an all inclusive hotel before. Facilities were great. Special mention to Viktor in the lobby bar who spoke to us the night we arrived whilst serving us drinks and made a point of looking after us whenever we were in the lobby bar. He is a credit to the hotel. We’re from Sunderland and every time we saw him he would say Sunderland til I Die.
