The family room is really spacious and very clean, the cleaners went that extra mile and done swans and didn’t figures on our beds out of towels lovely touch the kids loved it. Food is amazing lots of choice and a good variety. Entertainment is fantastic especially speedy lovely friendly guy great with everyone. Love the darts, water polo and exercise class. The kids got some lovely photos with parrots and we are booked in again tomorrow to get nighttime pictures. The island is also all exclusive and amazing.

I was here 2 years ago and the hotel has done a lot of improvments and a special mention to the Animation Team wowww what a great guys running games and doing activities to entertain everyone adults and kids! Special mention to Speedy and Denis my boy loved them and hoping to come bacj next year Thank You for a great stay Eftalia Splash!!!

I’m sure most people have done their research before coming here - I did not have time as my partner booked it rather than leaving me to do my research and find something like we normally do but I’ve been to turkey 7+ times and this is the only time we’ve not been able to drink whatever we want. For a family resort you have to pay for the basic kids treats. Ice cream is £2 a scoop, milkshakes are £5 and you don’t get any cocktails free. The place as a whole is overcrowded and long queues to get any food especially the snack bar during the day as there is only one open rather than 2-3 like most places have. It’s the worst place we’ve been to but I’m not at all saying it’s terrible, it’s not a bad place altogether it’s just a step below the expected “all inclusive” when you have to pay for basics like milkshakes and ice cream. You also can’t get nuts from bars like other places

I will write more once I get home but the hotel Must take necessary action and put down more blue slip proof mats as I’ve witnessed loads of people slipping and today someone has had a serious injury from Slipping and my understanding is that they are going through an operation as we speak for a break . Bring slip proof footwear if coming and earplugs but I will elaborate once home.

Great hotel, great food and Drink. The entertainment, day and night is fantastic - Dennis is a laugh, as is the whole team.
