사피라 디럭스 리조트 & 스파 - 올 인클루시브(Xafira Deluxe Resort&Spa - Ultra All Inclusive)

Just had a one night stay at this hotel and have to say we are very disappointed. It was for my husbands birthday. This was by no means a 5 star hotel. I have stayed in a lot of 5 stars in turkey and this one does not come close. The complex itself is very nice but service is very poor. Not enough staff on each department. No free Wi-Fi in the rooms. And the food was terrible 😞 I only stayed one night and was sick with stomach cramps all night 😞 We actually left early which I never do !! Also the drinks choice was very poor and not good quality at all 🤷♀️ We went to use the gym at 18.00 to be told that it was closed for the evening ? Why? I would not recommend this hotel and would not Go back.

Amazing for children very good

Otelin bütün imkanları çok güzel. Ailem ile birlikte 4 gün tatil yapma imkanı bulduk ve çok beğendik. Oda ve bütün alanlar çok temiz. Günlük olarak odamız temizlendi. Havuz ve sosyal alanlar ***et güzel ve temizdi. Yemekler hem çok çeşit hemen de çok lezzetliydi. Gündüz daha çok animasyon yapılsa daha iyi olurdu ama yinede çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Trip e teşekkür ediyorum.

Хороший отель как для взрослых так и для детей. Красивый комплекс с большим бассейном, аквапарком ( две зоны: малыши и +14),удобным , вместительным рестораном. Номера просторные, уставшие, но всё работает и не отваливается. Шампуни и остальные принадлежности берите с собой. Питание хорошее: каждый день была рыба жареная и на пару. Разное мясо. Фрукты по сезону. Кофе неплохой. Анимации не заметил, но отличный аквапарк развлекает. Пляж. С ним беда: в прошлом сезоне завозился песок и пляж был удобным. В этом году пляж к сезону не подготовили: крайне неудобная галька, подходить к воде очень неудобно.

Good animators. Good time with them. Animators very friendly, we all like them. Funny time in the pool with them! Also we love aqua park with slides!! Activities all day (pool tennis, pool football, gymnastic and etc) Therefore small choice of food and not delicious..

DISGRACE!!!! How this resort can call itself a 5 star is BEYOND ME!!! I am writing this review on behalf of my best friend as she is TOO SICK to write this herself!! Too sick from THIS hotel, after spending the last 2 days in a Turkish hospital who have confirmed her sickness is from something she has either Ingested or TOUCHED in the last 48 hours. Her last 48 hours being only at this hotel!!! Just a few of the things she has reported to me from her 5 day stay at this resort: STAFF RUDENESS!!! GUEST RUDENESS!!! ANTS INFESTATION IN ROOMS!! FOOD POISONING!!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHELPFUL HOTEL STAFF!! She is a single mother of 3, one of these children is Autistic. The hotel were fully aware of the severity of her sickness after her older two teenage children ran to reception in the middle of the night and demanded an ambulance and the staff did NOTHING to help!! All the hotel staff wanted was money because the family sadly missed their flight home due to the sickness or their mother being unfit to fly home! I speak to my best friend daily, and all she wanted was a sincere break and memorable holiday for her and her 3 children after they’ve endured perpetual stress and trauma back at home and this is what was delivered…. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Believe the reviews! This place is not OK and needs shutting down and my best friend will be in the process of claiming when she’s well enough to fly home! personel utanmalı ( the staff should be ashamed! )

I honestly do not recommend this hotel, as soon as we arrived none of the staff spoke English so didn’t understand any questions I had, everyone speaks Russian there. We had to pay for the wifi, it was not included, I’ve never been to an all inclusive hotel that doesn’t provide you with free wifi on your stay, the location is terrible it costs a lot by taxis to go to nice area where nice beaches are, because the hotels beach was just dirt, wouldn’t call it sand. The food provided by the hotel was also not very nice and neither were the drinks, you ask for a drink and it gets handed to you in a tiny plastic cup and the staff at the bar (only by the pool) weren’t very friendly as I kept going to get drinks I felt judged but they gave you tiny drinks. But staff upstairs were lovely and always made me the kind of drink I wanted. The only positives I would say is the look of the hotel, it just looks very beautiful, the pool isn’t even heated in the slightest so you just into a freezing cold pool, didn’t even want to swim when I was there. Just do not recommend it, and as the food was terrible I had to go out to eat every night, the lunch menu was the only good thing but served burgers everyday and chips which I had to fill up on, the al a crate restaurants are not even provided all year round just July and August so arrived a week before we were able to get it too. So annoying

Wonderful hotel. Very large and spacious area. There is a water park for both adults and children. Large selection of food in the restaurant. Rooms are cleaned every day. The animation in the evening is excellent, very nice guys, even though the hotel is big, I always heard what was happening in the hotel. Different shows every night. Everything is good at the hotel

The place was nice. Good food, helpful and friendly staff, great pool and aquapark. The room was nice and spacious. The animation team was the best, especially Charlie👏🏻👍🏻. There were a lot of fun activities and entertainment programs where everybody could participate It was definitely an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
