We didn’t know what to expect but our stay at the vines exceeded expectation. The hotel is set on 1500 acres of vineyards with the Andes mountains in the background. The landscape is breathtaking! We had a two bedroom Ande’s view room. It was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated! The food and service were both fantastic! And the treats that were left in our room in the evening were a wonderful and delicious surprise! I can’t say enough about this special property. We will be back!

Surrounded by vineyards and some 90' drive from Mendoza airport, this complex is very sophisticated. Has ample common areas including a swimming pool and a great with refined and natural menu. Personnel is young and attentive at anytime, all speak english. Many details are taken ccare of, my room (11) was super big with view to tiny lake and mountains. Quiet environment great to slow down and enjoy good food & wine.

Just an amazing location with the Andes as a backdrop. Restaurant and wines were of a very high standard. Myra , the sommelier was very knowledgeable and introduced us to some interesting wines. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

When driving from Mendoza airport you're not sure what your going to get but once you enter the compound you realize right away this is a special place. Every single staff member is very accommodating. Service is a 10. The concierge staff worked with us starting several weeks before our arrival to arrange transportation, wine tastings, winery visits, dinner reservations and a horseback riding adventure. Everything went as planned and was wonderful. We had a two bedroom accommodation which I highly recommend. They came in the evening and lit our fire place, there was a rooftop to watch sunset, beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. We have traveled around the world tasting wines and touring wineries and this has been at the top of our experiences. We did the tasting experience at Siete Fuegos and it was the highlight of our trip. It is worth every penny. I really can't think of a negative thing to say about this place. If you're not a wine person you might be a little bored but you would still enjoy the rooms and the food. We didn't have time for the spa so I can't speak for that.

This resort is a class act. The whole offer is excellent and we were well fed and rested. The team goes the extra mile if it is necessary. The Francis Mallman Experience was legendary! If I had a suggestion for the future, I would heat the swimming pool by 10 degrees. Otherwise, very little to add.

Thank you for your warm welcome back to The Vines Resort & Spa. It was another amazing stay! The scenery continues to be breathtaking, but this time, I was particularly impressed by the exceptional attention to detail and the outstanding service from your staff. The food was absolutely delicious, and the wines were, of course, superb. We stayed for three days and never left the property – we could have easily enjoyed five more days. And the villas! 6 star - gorgeous. Tip: Splurge for the Villas with the Andes view! Next time, we plan to take advantage of the activities offered, but this trip was all about rest, relaxation, and wine with my gal pals. Thank you all for an excellent stay.
