Nestled in a serene setting this home boasts an outdoor wood-burning hot tub, a cozy wood and gas fire pit combo, and outdoor TV for entertainment under the stars. Enjoy gatherings in the open concept living/dining/kitchen area w/ fireplace & TV. The primary suite features its own TV and full bathroom. Basement with a projector offers the ideal spot for movie nights. Your ultimate getaway awaits! Guest access Community Amenities (There will be 7 passes available to our guests that need to be used to access community Amenities) - MAIN LAKE - Partially seen from the living room window - just few steps away Main Lake is our largest lake in the development that spans 45 acres! It is also 4 ft deep and has a great fish life for our avid fisherman (permits required)! There are also several different playgrounds for our younger members. Please keep in mind that the ropes are not put out for swimming until early summer. It is 9.4 acres wide and can go to almost 12 feet deep! Boulder Lake also features a playground area, boat racks and even a volleyball net. Please remember that swimming is allowed when the ropes are put out in early summer. Important Information Location: Beaver & Skyline Drive Hours: 9 A.M - 8 P.M Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall Clubhouse Basketball Court - The BASKETBALL COURT is located right next to our clubhouse and across the way from Main Lake. It is a great area for the kids to play after school! Important Information Location: 95 Highridge Road Hours: Dawn to Dusk Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall Fishing Lake - FISHING LAKE is 3.3 acres wide and 4 and a half feet deep and is a favorite for fishing! In fact, every year we hold our annual Fishing Derby at this very lake! Important Information Location: Mountain Road Hours: 9 A.M - 8 P.M Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall IMLCA Clubhouse - OUTDOOR POOL - A great place to spend a hot afternoon with family and friends! Includes a smaller kiddie pool for younger children. Important Information Location: Seneca Trail Hours: 11 A.M - 7 P.M Opens: Early Summer Closes: Labor Day Twin Lake - TWIN LAKE is 3.5 acres wide and can go to be almost 6 feet deep. A great place to take a peaceful walk! Important Information Location: Twin Lake Road Hours: 9 A.M - 8 P.M Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall - WATAUGA LAKE Watauga may be our smallest lake at .6 acres, but it is still fun for our fisherman, nature enthusiasts and families! Watauga also features a small playground area. Important Information Location: Watauga Lane Hours: 9 A.M - 8 P.M Opens: Early Spring Closes: Late Fall Winding Way Basketball Court - Our 2ND basketball court is perfect for new and advanced players! Just remember to bring your own ball! There is no kiddie pool at this location. They are the perfect place to hone your skills or play a few games with friends! You will have to provide us with full names of all guests before your stay. You will have to check in at the Security Booth/Gate upon arrival and provide them with the property address, all names and IDs of all guests. Please, note that any names that were not given to us prior to your arrival will not be able to enter the Community. Please, note that we need to submit Reservation Form to the Office at least 2 business days before your check in date.
