The whole experience was excellent. The gentleman at the front Sebastian was very attentive on a daily basis. Would send us emails or text every day making sure everything was OK. Definitely would visit this location again. 

This property was huge and if you're not staying in Casa 1 or 2, be prepared to be far away from pools and food, and ready to wait for a golf cart to pick you up to bring you to where all of the activities are. Other than that, the property is beautiful however, some staff could use a refresher in hospitality.

Stayed a week sun to sat in mid Oct 2023 Positives: Staff is super attentive and the service was great. Rooms are nice. Beaches were not inundated with sea****. Room service was very quick, Around 25 mins the couple times we ordered. Negatives: All-inclusive is a bit of a misnomer, there are tons of things not included that cost extra. The food in the restaurants is not great, as many others have said, the menu is weak and the food itself is bland and lacks quality. The mexican restaurant was especially disappointing, we went into Tulum to get real food and it was all amazing. Noriku was the best of them but had definite room for improvement. Property maintenance isn't great, the resort is less than a year old but there are missing tiles all over the pool bottoms. We noticed multiple spots on the main staircases where lights were sagging and masonry had come off, power cut out 6-7 times during our stay, that we're aware of. Mostly during dinners. A/C units are woefully underpowered, with our room at about 76-78 for most of the days and to 72 at night despite being set to 70. Pool CLOSES AT 8PM. So it's crazy hot during the day and the sun will destroy your skin if you spend more than 45 mins in the pool, "waterproof sunscreen" or not. They kick you out of the pools at 8, which sucks, cuz that's pool primetime for people who don't want sun poisoning on vacation. Buffets were just ok, omelette station is nice.. Minfridge in the room is trash, it was always barely cool.

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Tulum. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a hand towel, welcome drinks, and attentive welcome staff. We arrived significantly early so, naturally, our room was not ready. We had drinks, explored the hotel, and went to Sea Salt to kill time. When our room was ready, we settled in and continued our journey. The hotel facilities were clean every where we went. During our stay, we ate at Sea Salt, Vela Sur, Noriku, Auma, La Luce, Azulinda, and the Azulinda Pool Bar. The only food we did not care for was at La Luce, but that was due to personal preference. We had the best drinks from Luna at the Azulinda Pool Bar, however the majority of our drinks were good. The room was excellent, we had an ocean view and it was truly breathtaking. The sound of the ocean was amazing! All of the hotel staff was accommodating and welcoming. The only issues we had was that the reservation system for the restaurants was not functioning properly so we had to make reservations multiple times. When we got to the restaurants, our names were still not on the list but we were seated anyway. Another thing is that we were not told to scan our wristbands for hotel information upon check in. Had we known to do that, it would’ve given us the information regarding daily activities, room service, bike rentals, etc. Those are the only things that we did not care for during our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again. It was amazing!

We stayed from 9/23/23 to 10/5/23. It was low season, so the hotel was almost empty. The staff was great, in particular Albert at the bar at Vela Sur, Noe at Vela Sur, Karla as hostess at the restaurants and one of the bell boys; but i dont remember his name. All of the staff was great. They served us without the I want a tip attitude. We had no issues with dining options since the place was not full. It was great. I would definitely stay here again, for sure in low season.

The property was absolutely GORGEOUS. The food was delicious and the every single staff member we encountered was nice, accommodating and professional. The ONE thing I would have changed was the bathroom in the rooms... that semi-frosted door for the toilet should be completely opaque and more sturdy to close for privacy. But really, almost hesitant to give such a good review so I can keep this place to myself! Already working on my re-booking for next year. :)

We had a great stay, and the staff was amazing. We especially enjoyed dining at the four different restaurants on property! We would definitely stay again.

This id my second time at this location. I was there when it first opened a couple of years ago and i must say the serbice was better than however the aervice is still good. Theres just more people staying at this resort so depending on where you are, the wait service is longer. There's plenty to do on the resort and family friendly. A great place to get away during the winter months. The cleaniness was much better a couple yeara ago so they should make some improvements in this area.
