유올리스 나 호텔 빌라스(Hotel Uolis Nah)

Hotel Ulois Nah is a quaint little place a bit away from the downtown core. It was perfect for our three night stay. All the staff members were very helpful with recommendations and helping us understand how to get around and how to deal with the taxis in Tulum. They had tour info at the front desk as well. The room itself was unique, clean, and we couldn't hear a thing from outside. I see some reviews complaining about roosters and such, but we were never bothered by any noises or smells or anything like that at all. We never had to use the air conditioning - the fans were adequate. The bed was comfortable and firm, and there was a cot on the other side of the wall perfect for morning meditation or prayer.. The balcony had some bean bag chairs overlooking the pool and was nicely shaded. The shower was *hot* (something we kinda miss having lived in Costa Rica for a while now.) Breakfast is light, which is just fine with me. The mini bar items were cheap and varied. The only thing was, as hot as it is in Mexico, the pool was too cold. Not a big deal for us, though. If you want great service from some friendly people and don't appreciate the huge price tag of staying at a Tulum beach hotel, this hotel is a great choice!

if you’re looking for a cute small place to stay Uolis Nah is perfect. the rooms are clean and functional. the staff(especially Sam) were polite, professional, and helpful making this trip amazing. highly recommend

We had a great stay, 13 nights in total. Good standard on our double room (#11) overlooking the pool. It's just a few minutes walk to the main street, close to grocery store, bank and a few restaurants (with loads of them another 5-15 minutes walking along the main street). About a 10 minute taxi ride to the beaches.

This is an amazing property to stay at .. it is not a resort or secluded hotel. It is a boutique hotel conveniently located on the corner of town near a grocery store with the best A**, COVID testing and street vendors/restaurants nearby. The staff were phenomenal. Marco was the best host and gave amazing help with all things. The hotel was so clean, cute and cozy. It is on a major road but it was still quiet. I would easily stay there again. There was an excellent breakfast every morning with papaya, watermelon, bananas with yogurt drizzled and granola ... toast with butter and jelly ... fresh squeezed juice and coffee. The chef couldn't have been kinder. The rooms were cleaned daily to perfection. The shower was modern with great water pressure and shower head .. so nice! The room was very modern. Such a cute place that felt right. I enjoyed the pool daily. This hotel only has 11 units which kept it so personal and cozy ... it was probably less than half full so you got great individual attention. This place is a total win if you want convenience to town (walking there is easy), comfort, recognition because you are not lost in a crowd of hotel guests, and the price was right. This place has it all with really great staff/hosts. Rent this if you don't want a generic resort.

The hotel is regular. Simple breakfast, unprivileged location. The room is very spacious but very humid. Everything seemed to smell bad all the time, and it even looks like the sheets were wet. If I was looking for a place to rest, I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

It was excellent. Beautiful layout and service was great.

Nous avions réservé 3 nuits à Tulum Village. Au vue des photos de l' hôtel cela allez être idyllique. Quelle ne fut pas notre déception a notre arrivée !!!! L 'hôtel est situé en bord d' une route ultra bruyante avec un flot de camion perpétuel. Quand nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre la climatisation n' avait pas été mise en prévision de notre arrivée. Résultat une vrai fournaise. Plus de 3 heures pour que la température decienne tolérable !! Pas de gel douche dans le distributeur qui était vide, le coffre fort ne fonctionne pas, le mobilier est vétuste, les chaises bougent dès que l 'on s' assoit..... La piscine est minuscule et plein de feuilles et de poussière..... La jeune réceptionniste paraît totalement perdue dés qu' on lui pose une question.... Nous changeons d'hôtel ce jour entrainant un surcoût en fin de vacances !!!!

El hotel es muy agradable, lindo y cómodo, sirve un desayuno bastante básico que podría ser mejor. Las habitaciones son amplias, lindas y muy bien cuidadas, la piscina junto con el jardín dan un toque caribeño muy agradable. Cinthya en definitiva es tan atenta y amable al igual que el señor de la noche, siempre dispuestos.

Los alrededores me parecen peligrosos, o al menos muy oscuros y solos, no había agua caliente ni funcionaba la TV, la entrada no se ve claramente, no sabían si ya había pagado la habitación o no, no hay facilidades si llevan maletas grandes y les tocan pisos superiores, el desayuno es muy limitado, pero las personas al menos en el restaurante si fueron amables pero no así quien dirigía.
